They messed up in my sandwich but as soon as I told them they fixed it right away and let me keep the other one for my husband. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everyday they get your oder wrong!! Or they give you a muffin that you could use as a hockey puck. They do nothing to make it right. They don't listen, they talk over you. They need to do better. 3 of us at work go every morning to get our coffee. Now we bought a keurig so we can make our own coffee at work. They just lost us as customers. Tim Hortons isn't any better, but they are by far better than McDonalds.
Never actually opened until midnight which is disappointing because nothing around actually is. Anything after 11:30 you can pretty much bet it’s not open even though it said open until midnight. Been disappointed by this more than a few times lol

Bad services and doesn't take your money! Forces you to pay debit or credit cards. Never going there again! They need to have the proper machine to verify our canadian money and stop refusing it. Then again , they can't get proper personal to take orders. Done with that place. Multiples times in the past, they messed up orders, missing items ot makes you wait 20 min for your order. This was the last time that I'm giving them my business in Kemptville since they are proud to say it's locally own and it's the reason why they refuse to take cash.
Best burgers and fries I've had at a Macdonalds. I pulled into the drive through late tonight, 11:10ish. Ordered multiple burgers and some fries. The wait was a bit long, but it was almost closing and it's to be expected. The fries were the freshest I've had. The young girl at the drive through was very apologetic, and kind. I have no problem waiting for that quality of food. I've eaten here multiple times and this has been my best experience.
