Ordered a small meat lovers pizza. It was not a good pizza - scarce toppings and somewhat cool on the temperature side. Very pricey at $19.75 (tax in)!

Went there tonight and ordered 4 Donairs to bring home for the fam. Even before opening the awful wrapping job they did we noticed how thin and flimsy they were. We looked inside to see what was in the donair and saw what resembles canned meat similar to thinly sliced spam only darker. A sprinkling of the most pathetic old lettuce and 3 crushed old tomatoes. We drove all the way back and asked for our money back. was told we would not get our money back and the girl working there started arguing about how everyone else likes the food and we would get a voucher for our next meal. After refusing and arguing with her that we would not be returning she called the owner who told us he had received complaints about the food before so he improved the quality. I can’t imagine it being of any less quality than what they had tonight! We did end up getting our money back. This place has the cheapest most disgusting product that I have ever seen and they are trying to pawn it off as beef. Save your hard earned money and spend it on a place that takes some kind of pride in what they sell. They should be ashamed.

Place has gone down hill a lot recently.... I used to only order from here growing up because it had the best pizza/crust in town but unfortunately staff and maybe even owner change has drastically changed the quality of food, and not for the better.
Bottom layer of pizza has been undercooked the last 3 orders I made. Seems to be more of a problem since the Greek place moved in....

Pickup order took 45 minutes after the time they said. Pizza was cooked first and cold by the time the rest of my food was ready. When the order was ready, they forgot my fries and tried to send me away without them. Finally when they handed me everything they shorted me a drink. Absolutely pathetic service, I won't make the mistake of ordering from here again.
Decent service, okay food. Well over a month expired Ranch dip… Look before you dip lol. Learn from our mistakes.

I’d give zero but it won’t let me give lower..worst service and branch ever.called to get some food delivered and was told 45mins to an hour and had asked if it could be done sooner as I had hungry nephews with me, he assured me he could do it and have it delivered in 30 mins. I ended up having to call back as an hour had gone by and still no food and I said I’d have to cancel if it wasn’t here soon and he said that the delivery driver had actually came and left. Which was a lie. I also have dogs that bark when the front door bell is rang..so there is no way he came. When I said that he than changed his answer to oh I told him not to come…and said why?I only stated that if he wasn’t here soon that I’d have to cancel not that I was cancelling. He than said he’d be sending the delivery driver back. When the food finally came 1hour and 40 mins later the food was cold and wrong missing sauces and drinks and any of the takeout items I’d asked for (ketchup for the kids fries, cutlery, napkins..etc) some of the poutine was soggy and barely any curds, it was just all over a bad experience. Just trash. And trash service

The person working in the store taking calls was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in any customer service situation. He also told us 30-40 minutes for food, it took over 1.5 hours.
The food was cold, it was burnt, the order was wrong, wrong sauces, missing drinks, we tried calling back to express frustrations in this situation, he was rude again.
We will absolutely never order from here ever again, I never knew an experience this bad could exist in Kemptville.

WORST milano branch. They gave us disgusting BURNT chicken and dont want to do the refund, the indian staff can’t do anything with it. What a bad customer service! The whole pizza toppings keep falling off. NEVER GO TO THIS
