This is our go to spot for an afternoon beer in Kemptville. We’ve been several times with our baby and the staff are always extremely accommodating and friendly. The garlic bread is our fave!

Went here for an impromptu get together. Service and atmosphere was amazing! We ordered the wings which were not good at all, and had a couple coctails which were expensive ($14?!), but aside from those 2 factors we enjoyed the visit!!! I would still go back but just stick to pop and beer and avoid the wings??.

Party of 4 arrived and was the only table in the restaurant when we ordered and took 45 minutes to get food. The waiter was very good and friendly but food was cold and not as good as it used to be. When leaving other tables that had come in were already complaining about the wait. Definitely not returning.

Great spot to grab food and drinks. The best spinach dip I’ve had (the garlic pita is incredible), and delicious fish and chips. My husband and I both really enjoyed our lunch here. The service was really lovely and attentive. Highly recommend for a nice meal out.

Great staff and delicious food. We had the fish and chips and zucchini sticks. The batter on the zucchini sticks was great and had a different flavour than the fish. The fish was great and not over battered. Crispy and delicious. The fresh cut fries were

Great “dirty” smoked meat sandwich with fries. Great smoked meat with the addition of sauerkraut, bbq sauce and Asiago cheese. Fries were piping hot and crispy. Server was excellent although run off her feet with no help. They need an extra server when that busy.

A lively Irish Pub with good food and attentive service. The portions are large and filling. Fries rate as some of the best!

friendly service, perfect beer, but they'll have to revise the Caesar salad recipe...with the leaf tails and the lettuce hearts, no taste, no grated or shaved parmesan, no bacon bits, almost no dressing....

We stopped by on September 2nd at around 2pm. The pub is really nice inside - it’s got a lot of character, from the dark wood throughout and the creaky floors. But the food was really bad and the service was unfriendly. I’m not sure if our server’s bun was a little too tight but she seemed edgy, anxious, and unfriendly. However, she kept the drinks full, so that’s something. The Philly cheese was as dry as a matchstick. The menu says it comes with gravy, but our server was pleased to tell us that it didn’t. She eventually brought us some gravy halfway through the meal. The pepperoni sub was okay, but it was also dry because it was overcooked. Not sure how you can go wrong with these ingredients. Anyway, it’s too bad that the staff failed so miserably to execute. The menu is original and varied, the location is great and the interior feel is really warm and cozy. I still tipped well, and smiled as I left, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time.
