We ordered from sams for the first time tonight. We ordered 2 med pizzas and boneless wings for 51.99. There were only 7 boneless wings..which were more like chicken nuggets tossed in sauce. The pizzas were okay...the crust was probably the best thing about it all. Topping choices were limited as well.When I called sams back to inquire why only 7 pieces of chicken (even though our receipt showed 10 pieces) a very abrupt person told me that he couldn't update the system so it shows 10 pieces and when I said that I would have expected a few more pieces of chicken I was told that it says on the menu 1 order...not mention of pieces so I should be "expecting" anything. I found the reply very rude and abrupt for our first time there. Not to mention that 2 med pizzas...7 boneless wings and a small cauliflower crust pizza cost us almost $100 with tax and tip. You've lost us as a customer sams...never again!

I’m not one to usually write a bad review as I don’t generally care to take the time I am so disappointed I order from here a lot, two order in a row they forget stuff and it’s dismissed. We are busy. Okay but I paid they also charged a 7.00 delivery fee now. I won’t be ordering anymore. Many other good places in town that deserve the busines. I will spread the word. Too bad as their food and service used to be good

Sam's PizzeriaA newly remodeled Sam's as of a couple years ago, remember having it when we first moved to Kemptville and it was ok... but.. recent pizza dinner night at a friend's has changed my mind, definitely one of the better spots in town now, must have been a one off back in the day given I have had it a couple times since, very good.Recommended

The owners are absolutely the most kind and humble people we've ever gotten the chance to talk with. We had an emergency in our family, they went out of their way to help us with a family member in kemptville that we were unable to get to. The food is not only AMAZING HERE. But your supporting a local business that actually treats you like family.AMAZING PEOPLE AND AMAZING FOOD ????????
