There’s only one guy serving here. He provides extremely good service. Very helpful. Very pleasant. The server is very clean. He toasted the subs and put on the meats really fast. The subs here are very tasty. He encourages appropriate toppings and condiments. We sit at the window bench. It’s a rainy day but it’s very enjoyable sitting here to eat my subs. 5 stars.

Overpriced for the amount they put with out having to ask for more toppings multiple times. It seems subway in canada is extremely frugal with meat and toppings compared to the American counterpart.

Have been going to this location for over 20 years, but unfortunately it has really gone downhill recently. On my last visit my coupon wasn't accepted, and it ended up costing me $17 with tax for one sub and no extras (no drink and no chips/cookies). I should have just walked away to be honest.

Don't recommend this specific location at all. Not happy. They charge extra for some toppings which are free across all the Subways in Ontario. I didn't see anything on their screen menus or display menus which says that topping is extra. When I asked why they are charging me for some toppings when all other subway locations give it free as a part of the sandwich toppings, Owner himself said that it entirely depends on the owner (franchise owner) of that location whether to charge them or not. And yes the meat they put in the subs is less than usual. I apologize if I sound racist, but me and my friends have observed this LESS MEAT trend across almost all the subways which are served by Asians. Unfortunate!!

Everyone that complains about this is a big baby. If you had to deal with rude customers constantly you’d also not be smiling so get a grip. Every experience I had has been amazing and if you’re nice to the staff they will be nice to you, the owner is also very nice to talk to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY UNLESS YOU WANT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!First of all, there were two female employees who were EXTREMELY rude and treated me very horribly. They were talking to me as if I did a horrible thing by coming in and ordering food. It was clear they did not want me in the store at all. I do not expect for them to be nice and cheerful but at the very least they should treat you with the minimal degree of respect. The two girls also talk trash and judge other people for doing absolutely nothing other than simply ordering food from the subway. This is no way to treat a customer.Second of all, they provide very small portions of meat AND toppings on the sub. Beware of asking for any extra lettuce or tomato or else they will give you dirty looks and throw a fit of rage. Even though you are entitled to ask for extra veggies.Once again I heavily suggest that you do not go to this subway unless you want a terrible experience. There are many other options in kemptville.
Never had an issue here, not the best subway I’ve been to or the worst. Food always seems fresh and service is relatively quick.

at this proud kemptville establishment they served me with a cruel face and forced me to be their slave. i had to bake in a constant and excoriating state, they forced me to make their bread and add my feces. may i even add the traumatizing experience in which they made me eat and entire container of green olives. but do i recommend this establishment? yes i do. will be returning as a proud regular customer :)
