Walking out in protest because of poor service at 9:00 a.m. How long should a customer be expected to wait for service? I came in just as a customer had been waited on & he moved away to the right for his food. Thereafter there was no one to serve at that station. "Service" seems to be in short supply at this location. There appeared to be staff on the floor, many bunched together at the far right, apparently busy. When I left there five or fix people behind me on line. As I exited I heard "next ..." Too late for me. No one cares.

I ordered 3 double-toasted everything bagels with herb & garlic cream cheese. I got 3 barely toasted bagels with less than 1/4 tsp of cream cheese on each. Regardless of how much it was per person, prices go up, quality goes down. Unbelievable. Tried calling but no answer.
This place was the closest to the Kemptville hospital. I went there twice to get some food and drinks because we had to spend 10 hours in the ER. The workers were very nice and friendly and food was fresh. It also wasn’t busy, which was great!
