Amazing garlic bread. They made them so soft and delicious. I would definitely get it again without any doubt.
We walked into the restaurant round 6pm while the drive-thru was understandably busy. Inside, however, it was completely empty except for 3–4 staff members behind the counter. Despite clearly being seen — even making eye contact with a few of them — not a single person acknowledged us. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. After standing there for ~10 minutes with zero acknowledgement, we gave up and went to A&W across the street instead.
It’s hard to understand how a team can ignore walk-in customers entirely. If you own this location, it's time to offer staff remedial training.
Vanilla ice coffee taste bland now.... new changes????
Got supreme stack without bacon pls train your people tim hortons. Shame on poor food service staff and management. Not enough dark roast and even staff said she added original to compensate what is this tim hortons. On top i came in drive thru but due to their improper management they did wanted me to park and walk in to get the sandwhich coz no one knows how to make it. This is pathetic and IRRITATING. Tim hortons shame on you.
Usually im the only car in the drive through in the morning and still manage to wait 15 mins. Go back in the afternoon and more times than not 2-3 cars behind me get their orders before me... fun stuff
The employee robin helped even when she was on her break. She seems to be running the whole store!
Horrible service place online order before leaving house nothing is ready when arrived what’s the point in mobile ordering if the order isn’t ready? Ps my house is 10 minites away.

I travel regularly between Napanee, ON and Ottawa, ON and one of my few indulgences is the Bailey’s Cream coffee.
Needless to say I know what it normally tastes like, from just about every Tim Hortons between Napanee and Ottawa. Which is a LOT of Locations. And they all taste and smell pretty much the same. This morning I decided to bypass the 401 Eastbound location at Mallorytown ON.
Big mistake.
I stopped instead at the 301 Colonnade Drive location in Kemptville, ON.
NEVER again.
I ordered an XL Baileys Cream coffee.
It didn’t look or taste like any of the other 20+ locations I’ve been to, driving back and forth.
NOT even close. No smell, and very little taste.
went back inside. Girl remade it.
I went back outside, got in my car. Same thing. Back in I went. Was given attitude because I was back a third time. I tried to explain the issue, and that this was the only location I’ve ever stopped at with this issue. And although the young lady attempted again to correct the issue. She was clearly NOT happy with me and the situation as a whole. She blamed it on that EVERY other Tim Hortons location between Napanee and Ottawa MUST be over pumping the amount of Baileys flavouring they were putting in the coffee.
So she added 5 pumps of the flavouring instead of 2 ASSUMING that would fix it.
She told me to try it before I left this time.
I did, slightly more flavour but still not very creamy or even smell or taste right.
I gave up, and left.
While in the parking lot, I thought “I have some plain coffee mate creamer in the car, lets try that”
And Voila it tasted closer to correct. Way over flavoured of course now but at least I personally figured out where the problem was.
Still had to throw it out but found the cause of the issue.
Little advice for the young lady I dealt with.
Not every customer you deal with is an A*S when they say something isn’t right about the product. You’re not perfect, and neither are the machines you push the buttons on to make the product.
You’re lucky you dealt with me today, who has worked service jobs for years, and just let the attitude pass by because it wasn’t worth wasting the time or energy on your poor attitude.
Perhaps don’t assume, but troubleshoot.
I promise it won’t happen again because I will NEVER stop at this location again.
PS: Calibrate your cream machine, or pay closer attention to the button you push. Because either the cream machine isn’t working right, OR you were pushing the button for the wrong sized cup. Either way, The problem was not me, so the attitude was beyond NOT appreciated.

Pretty bad you need to order online while you stand in line! Noone working the counter but 9 people working the drive through and there was a lineup of people in the store all the way out the door!! Time for a change in management.

Stopped by today for a bathroom break and a coffee with the family, we had been here two days prior and noticed the bathrooms were disgusting. Today we see that the floors have not been cleaned in that bathroom for two days, this is very unsanitary and gross. I waited in line for service but was ignored untill my wife took my place in line(we were the only ones in line) while I had my turn to use the restroom. Employees couldn't even provide a straw for my daughters iced cap and told us to go to the other side of the store to fetch it for ourselves.
They have a display at the counter that blocks half the seating areas accessibility unless you have the agility of a teenager.
Over all, do better. Better training at cleaning, customer service, and product placement.

Disappointing Customer Service at Tim Hortons
We went through the drive-thru for coffee and donuts, which were as great as always. However, the customer service at this location was truly disappointing. The worker at the drive-thru window was unprofessional—she rolled her eyes and acted as if she didn’t want to deal with customers at all. It completely ruined what should have been a simple, pleasant experience.
We’ve always had good luck with Tim Hortons in the past, but this visit left a sour taste. It’s a shame because the quality of the food and coffee was up to standard, but the service did not match. Hopefully, this location can improve its staff training to deliver the welcoming experience Tim Hortons is known for.

Now I remember why I don't go to Tim Hortons. A restaurant that doesn't have food that is just weird. They are always out of chili and wedge fries, how can that be?
