The staff in the drive thru are always lovely, but this is the third time that I have been in and have asked for no mayo, they punch it in correctly, but there is mayo on my burger. Whoever is making the burgers needs to pay more attention.

We ate there yesterday party of 4 and they messed up 2 of our orders. They also messed another customers order. Burgers where patheticly thin. Where's the Beef!

Haven’t had such good service at a fast food outlet in a while. Been a while since I went to Wendy’s for breakfast and the menu changed so I had some questions. Very good food and good service. No complaints

Food is good. The staff and the manager are amazing and helpful. The Dave single is big and tasty. It has lots of fresh lettuce and tomato. The chili here is the best. If you have take away make sure they fill up the container with chili. A couple times it’s just half full. There are inside and outside seating. The outside is right by the parking lot and it’s nice when it’s sunny. The inside has tall tables, big tall benches and regular tables. The soda machine is good. You can select on diet and non diet and different cola, sprite, lemonade, orange etc. they have every possible combination of drinks. The crew work hard. Very efficient. We get our food very fast. Always return. Always came here. Love this restaurant.

Dave would not be happy with the cook on his #1 combo.. beef looked and tasted microwaved.
A crispy, fresh nugget paired with a chilled iced coffee just made my day. I highly recommend this place—great atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff to assist you.

I was traveling thru kemptville 5 months ago and service, food and atmosphere was awful. But yesterday, I thought I would give it another chance, what a difference! Food was hot, restaurant was super clean, and employees were very up beat. Whatever you did here should be done in all Wendy's. I will definitely be stopping in again here. Congrats!

Amazing experience! I came in with my hands full with 3 toddlers in tow. The service was great and made sure my kids we spoiled! When our food was ready I was at the drink machine with my toddler trying to choose a drink (and we can all guess how quick that was), the nice woman came and took the food to a table for us! Then she offered to pour our drinks as I was carrying my youngest, she carried them over to the table as well. Then she went and got me a high chair then came back with napkins and straws!
From an overwhelmed mother of 3 under 5, the kindness and assistance was very appreciated!!!
