Bought their featured BBQ burger and bbq bacon fries. Worst thing ever and I'm a long time fan of Wendy's. Burger was squashed and cold. Fries were soggy also cold. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I came through drive thru around 3:00pm. I was greeted right away and the person greeting me was very patient well I figured out my order. When I got to the window they talked with me well I waiting making me laugh! It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you to the Wendy’s team for making my day!! After a long day on the road, my family and I stopped for dinner at the Wendy’s in Kemptville. The lady at the cash was incredibly friendly and welcoming — such a nice way to end the day. The food was great, everything came out fresh, and the facilities were clean and well-kept. Thanks to the whole Kemptville crew for the excellent service!

Had a really good experience here so far been a few times the one guy was only a kid wishing had his name but he was super helpful and friendly, wanna say tall and blonde could be wrong managers 🤷♂️ haven't met a bad one here yet usually fast, food is as you'd expect, can't ask for much more

Very nice clean restaurant with a really nice patio outdoors. The food was great and very fresh. They have great options for a fast food restaurant. There's plenty of parking.
Chili was TERRIBLE, literally like soup. So runny it wouldn’t even stay on the spoon. Ordered nuggets with ranch and got plum sauce instead. I guess I should have checked the bag, but really should have to. No impressed.

Horrible. We stopped on a road trip and they were so rude. They forgot a whole meal and just stared at is when we told them. The food was also literally thrown together with no sauce
