They closed the restaurant and drive through at 5:40 on a Monday night with a notice up saying that the restaurant would reopen at 7:00. People could been seen inside eating at the time.

Just went and they literally said they’re out of food. Now we’re stuck in a lineup wrapped around the building and we literally aren’t getting anything out of it.

Food was good. Atmosphere terrible. Got to over here an older lady who worked there being incredibly rude to a younger guy who kept apologizing and trying to speak but she was not having it. Plus it was her error for making food that was being rung up before customer changed mind and than paid. So made something that went in trash. Not the cashier fault you jumped the gun lady. Respect goes both ways to the young and the old. Never eating in there again. Not enjoyable listen to mean banter while trying to eat. On plus note the young man at cash you did an amazing job keeping calm and collected. You deserve props.

Usually wendys is really efficient quick service. All the others i have been to in eastern ontario are great. This was the slowest inefficient staff i have ever seen in a wendys. They need to have a manger to keep them moving and on task. It was after lunch time and not that busy. Half an hour to get a chili cheese fry which sat there and got cold while they cooked a burger. There was plenty of staff but too much standing around, taking phone calls, and messing up orders. This place needs training.

Unfortunately everytime I have asked for a daves triple no cheese they have given me cheese. I personally find the cheese most fast food places use disgusting which is why I ask for no cheese. Normally I go back and they will fix it but I cant always go back so im stuck with a sandwich that isnt what I paid for. Something needs to change because order accuracy is 0% for me

From its opening it has gone from bad to worse. Frequently closed probably due to lack of staff. Orders are almost always filled incorrectly. It has gotten to the point if we do go there we always open everything to see what they gave us. I call it the surprise bag.Yesterday was no exception. After going back to switch the chicken burger for the hamburger I ordered I forgot to check it! Now it was a burger.... A stone cold burger. I give up.
This place has staffing issues. Long wait times on occasion and a constant battle getting a crispy fry. I've asked for fresh fries, been told "they ARE fresh" and gotten soggy ones.

Always fun to see 5 cars go through the drive through, and nobody even acknowledges you standing at the counter, nowhere to eat as the tables were all dirty, some had sticky spills that had clearly been there for a while. Went to wash my hands, and the bathroom had no more paper towels. Lots of staff chatting and joking around though, maybe one of them could add the paper towel, or clean a bit? I dunno, just what I think.
