After boycotting this establishment for 3 months due to all food being cold or marginally warm, I decided to give it another try only to get the same thing! Hamburgers must be made days in advance as there was no warmth in any of the three patties on my Grandpa burger and the burger itself lacked flavour other than the condiments. The onion rings were cool and falling apart with most of the coating remaining in the bag. The only thing that was cold because it’s supposed to be was the Root Beer that was good! I had complained to staff before and didn’t get any resolve sp perhaps I will check it out in a few years time!

Heard an employee trash-talking a customer to another customer… not a great look, A&W. Food’s solid, but if that’s the vibe from the staff, I’ll probably swing through the drive-through next time I’m in town. This happend around two weeks ago. Didn’t have my laptop till I got back home.
I visited Kenora and visited twice and mostly everything was positive.

Unimpressed that when I ordered a small frozen root beer my cup was not filled up, leaving about 1/4 headspace. To top it off my cup had a hole in it resulting in about half of what I got leaking out onto the table.
