The food was decent but the server Tammy was horrible. We didn’t get served for about a half hour after seated and our server never came back for refills. The extra food we bought never arrived at our table. What’s worse is we hear Tammy gossiping in the kitchen for a very long time.

I have been to Kenora BP twice in the last couple of weeks alone. I love the delicious food. Wait staff are very friendly and nice. Nathan was working upstairs about a week ago…hard working and in the midst of being “Super busy” kept an excellent and upbeat attitude! The manager has always been great and I notice he is right in the thick of things helping out in the kitchen. This is an extremely busy restaurant, especially in the summer months. To the manager and team of Kenora BP, keep up the great work!!

This place is disorganized and can't keep track of orders. Was going to dine in at first but was an hour wait to be seated. So I placed an order online and was given a 30 minute wait time. When i arrived to pick up order to find out one item was not ready and the rest of the order was and had to wait another 30 minutes to recive my order. Then to find out that i had not received the cutlery that i had ordered whe i arrived back to my room. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I’ve got the chicken parmesan. It was brilliant with a more than enough sides. Caesar salad, spaghetti, and toasted bread. Loving it. Staff are really helpful, polite.

Boston Pizza in Kenora is fantastic! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere lively, and the food was delicious—loved the crispy gluten-free pizza and juicy wings. Was at Boston Pizza yesterday. We order Pizza and two cups of Coffee. The wife had food stuck to the inside of her cup. I took the cup to the hostess and said they should fire the dishwasher and her. I told the hostess it was a good thing she was not there when the wife found the food halfway throught the cup of coffee. This was not a small pieces of food. Well the hostess never apologized to the wife. Well I should be happy they never charged us for the two cups of coffee.

Had a subpar experience at this BP location. Walked in on a weekend evening with a group of 9 and it was quite empty in the entire restaurant. Our waitress looked like she hated her own life as well as having to serve us. We were polite and used our manners, but she didn’t smile a single time during our 2 hour stay. We ordered one entree each as well as mocktails, beers and 2 pizzas to share for the table.
Our food had already come and we didn’t even get plates. We were wondering if we would need to eat pizza slices using a napkin instead. After we pointed this out they finally grabbed plates for us.
The food was decent for BP standards but service and hospitality were severely lacking. Not sure if we caught her on a bad night, as we are all human and people go through things in life. If so, I hope you are better and thank you for pushing through your shift despite your potential life circumstances that may have affected your demeanour.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal as we all love BP and the unicorn lemonade was a hit among our table!
