When we was there there only 1 stuff worker for cooking and serving. It's was empty but we have waited 20 minutes by the teller just to be told that we have to wait at least 30 minutes just to be seated. Will never go there again

In September my dad and I went here BP'S Waited to be seated as we were waiting to seated a lady and her son had ordered a Hawaiian pizza they got instead a royal Hawaiian she asked if they could get the Hawaiian the person at the counter was rude to her another lady ask the lady at counter if she could pay for her pizza as a friendly gesture she was denied to help the lady who's pizza was the wrong one all of us said wow how rude the lady at front counter the o e who went back to ask manager came back said no to the one who wanted to help the lady with wrong order she should be fired anyway my dad and I went in after waiting for sometime as we were on our way to our table place was disgusting dirty some of the tables haven't been clean bathroom was disgusting smelled of urine and Waited for our drinks that too forever my dad had coffee and I had a beer once my dad coffee was done no one came back and asked if we needed more for a refill never my dad and I will never going back none of the servers smiled others that where besides us had same issues took forever for any service and to top it off wasn't really busy shame on BP get with get it together worst experience ever and i will not follow up with your request to contact you like i said others that were beside up agree on poor service place was dirty flies and fruit flies flying around as well stay clear of this BP

Today at 11 a.m. we drove from Winnipeg to Kenora for a walk. My two children (2 and 8) and I went into Boston Pizza. An employee greeted us at the counter. I told her we needed to go to the restroom and wash our hands first, but she rudely sent us to Main Street, saying the restroom was for customers only. I don't know why she assumed we weren't customers; we were normal Europeans, not homeless, decently dressed, etc. I was a little shocked and left the place because my eldest daughter was very reluctant to go to the restroom. I don't know where the restroom is on Main Street; I'm not from here, so I went back in and said we were customers. The same woman told us we weren't regulars and that we definitely needed to buy something. I replied that we would buy something after using the restroom. But she started threatening to call the police. Honestly, I'm shocked by her behavior and the fact that she's so stingy about letting children use the restroom. I don't recommend this place and will never go to any of this chain's establishments. I took her photo so Kenora knows its heroes by sight. Yes, I'll also attach my photo; maybe someone can explain to me what's wrong with me and why I'm being kicked out of the establishment? I ruined my entire day and my entire impression of this city. I've sent a complaint to Boston Pizza; I hope this woman gets fired.

They make the best pizza in the town. I always do take out and even the store is super clean and organized.
Absolutely pathetic two tables with a couple in each and a small group of customers maybe ten in the group, otherwise the place is crickets with many open tables and we were told it's a twenty minute wait as there's one waitress. I suspect boston pizza won't last thriugh the winter here. How do you keep the lights on when uour restaraunt is at ten percent capacity and you won't take on any more customers.

On September 3rd, I visited the Kenora Boston Pizza around 10:20 pm with my 5-year-old son while traveling back to Winnipeg. We stopped specifically because my child enjoys Boston Pizza, and I rerouted our trip to visit this location.
Upon arrival, I asked the manager, Natalie, if we could use the washroom before placing our order. She was unwelcoming and denied access, stating the washrooms were only for customers. Despite clarifying that we intended to order, she remained dismissive and only permitted access after further insistence. She also mentioned that the lower dining area was already closed, which added to the unwelcoming atmosphere.
As a Manager at a Boston Pizza in Winnipeg, I found this interaction highly disappointing and not in line with the company’s values of hospitality. My family, who were waiting in the car and also needed the facilities, felt uncomfortable and judged, which ultimately led us to leave without ordering and dine elsewhere, Nearby Dominos
The explanation given—that issues with substance abuse required strict washroom control—does not excuse the lack of courtesy and the biased treatment we experienced. Judging a family with children in this manner was inappropriate and damaging to the brand’s reputation.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience did not reflect the standards Boston Pizza is known for.
