What a joke, they missed one of my order for w.e reason and when I was asking for the missing order, and was told I did not place that order and have to pay for it again. I requested to check my bill, a few mins later, they found out it was their issue, no apologies or anything.

The food here is extremely basic—just sandwiches and wraps you could easily make at home for a fraction of the cost. Everything is outrageously overpriced for what it is.

The service was even worse. I ordered a bagel, which they completely forgot. When I asked about it, instead of checking, the staff bluntly told me, “No, you didn’t order that.” Only after looking did they realize I was right. Their “apology” was nothing more than a dismissive sorry, followed by dropping the bagel on the table without a word.

Overpriced, careless, and unprofessional. Easily one of the worst café experiences I’ve had. Absolutely would not recommend.

Don’t love paying $11 for a tortilla and lettuce. I kept hoping for a trace it avocado, but alas, none was found. People working here were lovely though

First visit last week. My daughters and I shared a wrap, a panini, a frozen strawberry lemonade and a frozen hot chocolate. Yum! Enjoyable atmosphere too. :)

Such a traditional coffee pub! Great coffee and the Blondie was sooo good! Nice staff, warm and inviting. Def my go to place in Kenora for a coffee and sweet treat!

Our favorite place. Glad they extended the hours last year as we are travelling through Kenora.

Great little place I stopped at because I needed a break on a long drive. The coffee was big and good, and the breakfast panini was quite well done. Bathroom was spotless.
