Great experience. Crew was good. Didn't have the brunch that was available. Speakers need fixing so you can hear from everywhere. Was informative and would recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on this cruise. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the trip itself was beautiful. It was a fantastic way to see the best sights around the lake while learning about the local history. The only area for improvement was the seating; our cruise was overbooked, and there weren't enough seats for all the passengers. Otherwise, a highly recommended tour!

Nice cruise to take. We also had dinner on board. Canât say the food was great for the price, just about average. Unfortunately both chicken and beef were extremely dry, variety of desserts thatâs advertised is not a variety at all.

Web site does not work well for a mobile app. Very amateurish. Hard to use .. you need to scroll up and down and left to right but there are no instructions to do so. I used a I phone 13. Phoned in .. was put on hold for 20 minutes then a person answered and put us back on hold. A second potential buyer phoned in while the first was on hold and was told âthe customer cannot be connectedâ. Strange that they stay in business if this is their front end registration system. We abandoned our attempt to book a trip.

Google maps took me to the wrong address so we missed our dinner cruise. Came back the next day to go for the lunch cruise instead and they wouldnt let us on the boat.. Claimed we were to hostile for explaining our frustrations of situation the night before.
Impolite staff, where we went to book our tickets for cruise, does not have patience to brief people about the services kenora has, especially who are visiting for the first time. Its good to see good people who can realy offer what their job duties says. Deeply disappointed, openly racists to coloured people, trip was great, and staff at cruise was great but the lady who book tickets does not deserve to be in that place

During mid-July to early September, I traveled throughout Canada on an extended road trip. This cruise on Lake of the Woods was one of the highlights of my trip.
As someone who lives in southern Ontario, I had no idea how beautiful Kenora and the surrounding areas are. If you enjoy nature and/or boat rides, then I would highly recommend this cruise.

I love the trip, I come here often. However, today, the lady checking people in as we were boarding was very racist to every colored person. She was neutral, while lackluster customer service to white people, she was exceptionally rude to the Indian group before me and rudely snapped at the Asian group behind me.
