There was a reason I specifically asked for 8 salsa, after confirming with the drive thru person that y3s salsa was in the back I came home to 2 freaking packets. Kenora mcdonalds such a joke. Everytime I have gone here something is always missing. Straws, napkins, fries and today it was salsa. It possibly isn't that hard to read a slip and put the stuff in to the bag you guys, like come on

Very rude service. I ordered online and told no ice in the drinks but he added the ice in the drinks. Also the fries were bland no taste no seasoning nothing. He looks like a Filipino working at night and he didn’t have the courtesy to tell me go to the drive thru instead he was being mean and behaved rudely. I didn’t say a word to him cos he was constantly saying next time… next time….

Food was great, however I have never had a more rude drive-thru server in my life. Not only did she have an attitude with us she kept cutting us off, and trying to push us on without ordering what we needed. If I knew the servers name I would have definitely had a talk with the manager over it.

The manager refused to open the doors to let children use the bathrooms 4 year old boy unreal very disrespectful
My wife lost her handbag. It was just after checking in to neighbor hotel. In the hotel room bag was not found. Immediately we went back to McDo, where the Mgr called police and cap came and helped kindly check the CC Camera. Video showed the was duly taken by her from the MacDo. Appreciated proper action by MacDo manager. He did the best Thanks.

As always...excellent coffee!! However, I wanted to leave a very positive comment for the young man Kash who took my order at the till and brought me my coffee. What a cordial and polite server for such a young fellow! He was welcoming, efficient and friendly throughout his service to me. I wish all young people were as well socialized and good at their public service work!! Thanks Kash!!! 😊👍
