Costumer ahead of me put money in tip jar, the woman who was making my sandwich stopped and went and grabbed the change from the tip jar and shoved it into her pocket. With the same gloves the grabbed the money with, she reached in and grabbed the bacon for my sandwich.

After watching how little hygiene and cleanliness was cared for, I will definitely not be going back. Disgusting

This subway was full of flies and immediately after seeing the food I noticed how gross it looked. The meats were dry , the lettuce soggy but I didn't want to leave as I thought it would be rude. So I ordered, sat down and the sandwich was disgusting and had thin soggy bread... My brother who was with me found a insect in his as well. Staff were decent just the food and presentation of the place were bad.

This restaurant was the driest most disgusting restaurant I have ever seen. There was viable dirty and debris everywhere. I was hoping the food didn’t get me sick but to I’m on the toilet all morning.
No uniforms. No hand washing doesn’t look like the restaurant is ever cleaned. Every surface was disguising.
Preordered so I didn’t have to wait. However there toaster was broken (shockingly) I’m surprised anything in this disgusting restaurant worked.
So they did not start my order till I got there causing me to be late.
Bathroom are out of order with some strange blue lights only.
Please refund my order and clean your store.

The employee did not say that the toaster was broken until after the sandwiches were half made. ONE table is open to eat at- but youre only allowed 15 minutes to eat. The rest of the tables have chairs on the tables. Service was terrible and steak for steak sub is cold. Promotion items were not on promotion. Absolutely tired of continuously being disappointed.

Their quality is definitely going down ever since the owner herself started making subs and salads. There are barely any toppings and sauces. Not worth the prices. Won’t recommend

By far the worst Subway in Canada. Dirty, shady atmosphere. Rude, slow, dull staff. An absolute headache every time.

This was my worst visit to a Subway ever. We went in with a valid coupon but were told it’s not accepted, and we had to order online. After doing that, the employee didn’t even bother to change gloves after making a meat sandwich, despite our request as vegetarians. When we tried to communicate, he cut us off and told us to sit and wait—refusing to let us see the sandwich preparation. It felt like he didn’t care at all about hygiene or customer satisfaction. Definitely not how paying customers should be treated.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location on Saturday around 5 PM. The employee refused to accept our coupons and insisted we place our order online. Even after we followed that, he refused to change his gloves after handling non-vegetarian sandwiches—even when we specifically requested it as vegetarians. He also didn’t allow us to see our sandwich being prepared and told us to sit down instead, which was very frustrating. I don’t understand why there was so much attitude and argument, especially after we had paid. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Subway. 😤

Visited this Subway on Saturday evening around 5:45 pm and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member on duty was rude and dismissive. We asked if we could use a coupon and were bluntly told no, without any explanation. Then we were told to order online, which we did, but he still made our sandwiches without changing gloves after touching meat—even though we clearly stated we are vegetarian. When we tried to watch our sandwich being made, we were told to sit down and not interfere. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful. Not coming back to this location again.

The worst subway I ever had. Ordered one bogo with 2 different toppings and sauces.! She mixed it all and has nothing to throw it. If you have more customers then take your time and make it perfect.!
