Went for a simple chicken, bacon club but turned out to be a disappointment. Dirty lettuce, bacon that has clearly been sitting out way too long, meat and mayo that looks to be thrown on. I’ve had tons of these over the years but this is by far the worst. After the first bite then inspecting it, I tossed it out cause it tasted off. For almost $9.00 just for the sandwich I expect a lot better. The past year or so Tom Hortons standards have dropped a huge amount. Definitely won’t be back.

Quick service ,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff
This morning , I went to this Tim Hortons location out of frustration and threw a sandwich on the girl's face and badly shouted even she did not say anything bad or apologize, but I drove off. An hour later, I went back to meet the girl, I asked for her and got to know her name is lovely. I started crying while apologizing but she comforted me and gave me a hug, which was very kind of her. Bravo for this calibre of client support. Will definitely visit and reunite with that beauty

I ordered 5 lunch wraps. 3 spicy harbenaro wraps and 2 cilentro lime wraps. I also ordered 2 medium mocha creamy chill. The wraps were thinner than my pinkie. It contained more tomatoes then the rice. There was no taste difference between the 2 flavours. It was really bland as there was no sauce in it. There were no other veggies ONLY tomatoes. The service was horrendous as she left the wrap over the counter and I had to ask 2 times to see if it were mine. She was speaking in a different language ( which is totally fine but when done in between taking my order its really rude as she kept turning and yelling) The lady was very dismissive. It was a really disappointing visit as we were really hungry but the food was not full filling.My kids weren't even full by the tomatoe filled pinkie sized " wraps " I spent over 55 dollars for such bad service and food. One of the worse tim hortons we have ever been to

Asked for assorted timbits. They didn't say anything until I paid and then they say that they only have old fashion plain left which if I knew I would not have gotten it.

I had a good experience here the Sunday before Canada Day. Service was prompt and the coffee was excellent. It tasted like a dark roast double double and that's all I ask of my coffee . My boyfriend commented that his coffee was really good as he finished his first sip. This is a nice place .
