We were at this Tim's Nov 5, 2025. Ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was watery and very poorly made. It lacked chocolate flavour and sweetness. We went back to get a new hot chocolate and the second one was just as bad. I wouldn't recommend this store.

They realy have to start paying more attention to the people in the store instead of a empty drive through had one lady just look at me and walk away had the get some other guy from the back to take a order very disappointing would not recommend going there
I had a really bad experience tonight at around 2215 on October 18th at this location. I’m staying at the comfort inn close by and we arrived late as we are driving cross country, so I decided to walk to Tim Hortons to grab food and drinks. I looked online before leaving the hotel and made sure the dining room was open, both google and the Tim Hortons website show that it is open 24/7 (it mentions the dining room specifically). Once I got there, I entered through the side door and there was 3 employees chatting behind the counter. I looked at the donuts options until they finally noticed me and the lady said we’re closed (there was 2 male employees as well). She refused to serve me and said I to go to the drive-thru (my car was parked at the hotel) so I went back to the hotel and drove elsewhere to get food. There was no mention anywhere on the website, Google or even on the website about the dining room closure and the door was unlock, they could’ve just taken my order and then lock the door behind me. I believe the employees were just too lazy and wanted to keep chatting. They were also talking between them in their language after they saw me and talked to me, which was quite disrespectful, I believe they didn’t want me to understand what they were saying to each other. I think one of the male employee told the lady she could take my order but I’m not sure as he didn’t say it in English but the lady kept saying no we’re closed. I would not suggest visiting this location, especially not at night time, very poor customer service, the employee didn’t seem interested in doing the bare minimum, their job.
