I had an amazing experience at lakeside Tim Hortons last day. The ambience is superb. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons, Kenora. The food was amazing and service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and was given chili. When I returned it staff was rude and insisted that chili was ordered. Finally given soup I’d ordered. No apologies given and was very unpleasant about it. Roll was stale and very hard. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Tim Horton.

Tried ordering food and the lady kept laughing at me when I was trying to talk .. right side was numb and it was difficult to talk .. not very impressed with the way they laughed at my problem.
I wish I can give 0 star for service never going back to this location

Staff couldn’t be more indifferent. Not busy, but several times I saw people standing at counter waiting for someone to acknowledge them. Drive thru moves faster maybe - seems like more staff there. Wifi won’t connect. Clean spaces, but I’d still say skip this one and go to the other Tim’s in town.

I should have checked our order before we left the drive through. all of our breakfast sandwiches were missing the egg. my ice coffee had literally one ice cube in it. the food tasted horrible and dry. also they make you wait in between every item you order to see if its in stock...EVERY item
