I had a great experience at this location last week. Team members were helpful and friendly. Especially their manager, Kiranpreet was amazing and she made our visit worthwhile. Will visit again!

Me and my family walked in here to get lunch before our commute, we got a new employee which is fine. The part that is not fine is how they treated us. We ordered 4 wraps, 1 donut and 4 drinks which were fairly easy. They refused to give us our receipt which was odd but whatever. we waited 25 minutes just for them to forget about half our order, once we kindly may i add, reminded them that they forgot to give us 2 wraps they were awfully rude and had attitude. they gave us one wrap, which they made wrong so obviously i told them that it was wrong. they got upset once again even though they had my order on the screen and new what wraps they had to make. it took another 5 minutes for them to make the wrap correctly. i still waited for my other wrap which when i got it it was made completely wrong once again after i already reminded them which one it was. they took it back and literally gave me the same wrap. They tried to make me pay an extra $20 for the food they had to remake because it was taking out of their â supplyâs â. This was a truly frustrating experience and i will never step foot or give them my time and money again. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like garbage and like youâre the issue for their mistakes.

No stars at all, worst service, no one looking after walk ins and had waited for at least 15 before a group ahead of us was served. Then we finally walked out(as did other customers) because we still received no service, and drive through had 4 people looking after them even though drive through wasnât as busy. For a Tim Hortons that was unacceptableâŚvery disappointing and wonât stop there again
I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons today, thanks to Kiranpreet. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely kind attitude. She was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Despite the busy atmosphere, she remained calm, professional, and efficient. Her positive energy really stood out and made my visit extra pleasant. Itâs rare to come across such friendly and dedicated customer service these daysâKiranpreet truly went above and beyond.
