BeaverTails- Queues de Castor (Killaloe)

I’ll have to stop buying beavertails. This is the second time I receive one that has been overcooked and disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training on the staff, but they need to do better

This is where BeaverTails were invented!!
It's a cute stop with ample outdoor seating, both picnic tables and adirondack chairs. Very pretty and a fun treat!

A quick side trip to Kelliloe off highway 60 for a delicious treat at the home of the Beavertail. Normally I have the banana/hazelnut but this seemed like a good time to have the traditional cinnamon, sugar and lemon. The cook came out to take the picture of the two of us and was very friendly!

I’m hoping this isn’t a common theme… Stopped in Killaloe, the home of the beavertail. Service was great, atmosphere was beautiful. But the actual beavertails were so small. I mean really small. The toppings were lacklustre. I got the killaloe sunrise, and about 1/2 of the already small beavertail had the cinnamon sugar mixture. It had been years since I had a beavertail, so this could now be a common occurrence.

BeaverTails is always reliable. Service was good. Little pricey but taste was great.

Will be back next summer.

You have to stop at the OG BT of you're ever in the area. Killaloe Sunrise taste best in Killaloe. Cute spot on the river and lots of seating to enjoy it. A nice relaxing visit with the unique snacks

Parking: Lots of free parking and right in the heart of town. Spots are all free, easy access and easy to find.

I'm not Canadian so can't say how the beaver tails stack up to others in the area, but it was good and not too greasy. The food truck next door also had excellent food (burger and fries).

Wonderful food and service! The young girl was super nice to me. I am truly happy to have come here and will most definitely come back again!

Tastes great... Better in my opinion than other BeaverTails locations. They take their time but the result is fantastic. Be patient ?
