Great cappuccino and breakfast sandwich, spot is super convenient right at the Lodge's docks with a nice marina view, and the staff were friendly.

Get yourself an Oreo Ice Cream sandwich from the freezer, get yourself an Americano. Dunk the ice cream sandwich in the Americano. Sit in the sunshine.
Each drink made to perfection! Muffins and tarts are delicious too!

Two stars: 1 for a quality product, 1 for service and supporting local.
Extremely overpriced product. They don’t put their prices on the menu for the iced drinks and I see why.
Today I got an iced americano. It tasted good, but in all, nothing fancy; espresso, water and ice. I was charged $9 for a 500ml cup of 85% water and 15% infused bean water. For reference, an iced coffee from Starbucks in an airport ran me $7.
That is absolutely asinine to charge a customer $9 for that. Yes I saw they used Espanola Coffee Roasters beans - a premium coffee product that is always good. A bag of their beans runs $15 at a grocery store.
The markup these folk used was bananas. I don’t even want to know what they charge for an alcoholic beverage or god forbid a food product.
No I absolutely do not recommend this place.
