Jean was lovely to talk to and always had a smile on her face. My only critique is that we were seated for 20 minutes before someone approached us.

Jean was an awesome server, it was a super busy night but she was still very attentive and kind and sweet during the rush. give this gal a raise ! however i’m upset there was no mints but that’s not on her that’s on the restaurant

Another trash Boston Pizza experience. Called ahead to reserve a table and ask if the patio was dog friendly as our friends had their pup with them. We were told yes...but when we got there they were turned away as ot wasn't a service dog. Not sure why they wouldn't say that on the phone.
They left, we stayed.
When ordering our server burped as she walked up to our table and tried to tell us she had the hiccups.
Food was trash and bland. There were a bunch of add ons that appeared on our bill that were not explained to us when we ordered. The server had no clue and had to look at the menu with us to figure it out for herself.
Doesn't matter which location you go to. Boston Pizza is a disappointment

Made an online order, didn’t discover missing item until home, so I called back into restaurant, ended up on hold for 10+ minutes, got back to restaurant, having never talked to anyone on phone. Talked to nice person at front and told situation, they got me a new ”free” potatoes, even though they were paid for.
My biggest issue is the manager never came out and talked to me, apologized, even though I saw the front desk staff talking to them and telling them what happened.
