If the wait staff, cooks ext are being paid a livable wage then I can accept the high prices here , if not then this place is way over priced . My burger and onion rings was expensive and luke warm . I do not return food to be adjusted because I’ve seen cooks spit in peoples food not so long ago in goderich. So I said no to reheat and no to more onion rings . No discount either . So ok Also heard table across from us complained all of their dishes were like warm and managed argued with the four customers. Won’t be back very disappointing used to love coming here every time we were in Kincardine.

Been there just tonight for dinner. Quickly found the table. Turned out it was a wing night. Ordered. Waited. 10 min wait. Obviously pre cooked. But! Also stale taste! Mild sauce is too thick and too sweet but i guess it works to veil the stale over frozen wings. Brrr! We orders kids mac and cheese - weird "house" sauce! Hubby ordered pulled pork on flat bread - Thursday night house special! What a DISASTER! BBQ sauce is soooo sweet, barely any pork on it. Didn’t finish diner. I ordered fish and chips. Fish was ok but chips..... See pic! Over fried and dry! We brought up to our waiter the sweet bbq sauce on the pulled pork flatbread - she just didn't say much except for Sorry and walked away! Bizarre? Yes! Would dine again? Nope! Nada! Would rather eat McDonald's!

This review is for The Bruce catering company, Everywhere Catering. They recently catered my wedding and it was absolutely fantastic ! From the very beginning the staff was amazing to work with and easy communication. They went all out for our ham and turkey dinner buffet style dinner. Multiple guests at my wedding said it was the best food they have had. Some guests went up for 3-4 servings! I highly recommend Everywhere Catering and The Bruce and their serving and kitchen staff for any event or meal. Thank you so much for the delicious meal and providing excellent customer service !

We arrived 10 minutes early. We're totally ignored. Staff in chaos. Asked three times to be seated at empty table at patio...told the hostess would talk to us.. 15 minutes later a staff person slaps cutlery on an empty table indoors at the end of the room and walks away. The noise of this table near the kitchen! We are seniors I could not hear myself think. When I asked a fly by server about the empty table outside, she said it was no longer available. Thr hostess never did show up. Servers were yelling at each other. Dishes were dropped. They were clearly over their skis, poorly managed and in general dismissive of us as guests with a reservation. Then we were asked if we wanted to join their wait list for 20 to 25 minutes! We said no thank you and while we were leaving the server said have a nice evening It's not our fault the restaurant is busy. There is no excuse for avoidance and dismissiveness. Without a doubt the worst experience ever in Kincardine. Diane

Celebrated what would have been my mom and dads 70th Wedding Anniversay. Dad had passed 2 years prior. Mom commented how he loved to go to the Bruce Steakhouse to sit on the balcony, for a meal, on a sunny evening. So we did. I explained this to Joy, the waitress, when we arrived. She smiled and pleasantly sat us at a table on the balcony facing the harbour. It was a lovely view on a gorgeous sunny evening. On completion of our meal, Joy surprised mom with a piece of cheese cake with "Happy Anniversay " written beautifully in chocolate on the plate. Mom was so excited. In her own words, "How wonderful; your dad isn't here to spoil me yet a feel so very spoiled". This was a highlight for mom. She smiled and chatted about it all the way home. Thank you to Joy and the wonderful staff at the Bruce Steakhouse for making my 94yr old mom feel so very loved and special. Love to you all.
My favorite place to enjoy the lake & marina. I love the beef & Yorkshire pudding...very reasonable prices. Thursdays are Karioke nights. Staff are very helpful offering gluten free meals. Thank you to The Bruce.

View is fabulous! Menu looks delish - food was simply okay. All 3 of us ordered different food and drinks. Best was the bottled beer. Reuben w Macc & Cheese - okay. Blackened fish tacos not blackened, fries - okay. Roast beef dip worst I've ever had. Sweet potato fries were good as was presentation. Drinks - Coffee espresso martini DEF not a martini, was curdled. Rum drinks tasted like ice tea. Stick w beer as it was cold and tasty. Service was okay. We were often waiting and waited over 20 min for empty plates to be cleared. We were so looking forward to dining here but we will not be back.
