Food was alright, they missed an item on my order, tried to call the store , their voicemail is full and they don’t answer the phones so i went in to ask for a refund the next day. They said they couldn’t refund me , went back the day after and the worker made me talk To the manager on speaker phone who was rude to me and mad that i filled out an online survey reflecting my poor experience. Never had such a hard time getting a refund

i have ordered there 3 times in 2024 and not once was the order correct. its bad when u cant even get that right. I asked in the store again to confirm the order. she lied and told what i had ordered and then gives me a different one. why is it when certain people run businesses they are so cheap also not sure why the person on the phone is questioning my number. just because i have a Toronto number because of work . i was unaware that i had to ask Pizza Hut for permission for that.

Pizza was not as good as I hoped - quite overbaked. Price was good, but cheese was burned and crust was too hard to chew. I will have to look for another place. Do not recommend.
