Excellent customer service, quality pizza, and many noveltiesBest Pizza Place in the town Kincardine . Recently tried their new item *Melts*. It was very cheesy and crispy. After ordering pizza online for delivery and it being an hour late we called the store only to find out the pizza was still sitting in their store. I asked for a refund and the store clerk said he would refund me but then I couldn’t have the pizza. He was rude, spoke quickly and dismissively, and so we cancelled the order and went elsewhere. If I could escalate the experience to headquarters I would. I’m not sure how anyone runs a business this way.

Placed an online order just for them to call and cancel the order claiming they sold out of pizza today, I believe they just wanted to close early. I already use this place as a last resort , as the service and food is very mediocre. But now I'll just never be back.
