Don't bother with online ordering. We ordered 3 subs which the app showed were ready for pickup. When we arrived, they had not even started to make the order. It took another 20 minutes beyond pickup time before we got them. To the employees credit, she was working all by herself and I could see other mobile orders coming in. Either remove online ordering or hiring more staff is needed.
This Subway restaurant is a good location for quick bite to eat. Clean and not busy, so the service was quick. Food is typical for Subway.
Extremely disappointed!
Don't bother with ordering online because you'll end up with minimal toppings and sauce. You'll have to go home and add to the sub. It's went downhill over the years.
Rude, impatient, and answered the phone while taking our order. I used to work in fast food and I would NEVER answer the phone while working with customers. It's unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude.
Terrible value for your money. Ordered a salad and the bowl was barely half full. Eye roll when asked for extra veggies. Overcharged at the till for a drink we didn’t order. Asked for a refund, was “refunded to my credit card” as per the staff but the refund reciept was “cash”. When we questioned the staff we were told it would be on my card “in a couple days”. Of course it wasn’t. When we reached out to the store they said that they had no idea what I was talking about. I reached out through the feedback on the corporate website and got a generic response from the manager which did not address the refund. I reached out a second time directly to corporate and two weeks later received the exact same email from the manager without any resolution for being lied to and overcharged. The manager obviously does not care about their customers or having their staff lie. Seems this is part of their “new and creative ways” to scam people. Will never return to this location again and would recommend to anyone considering, choose anywhere else to eat.
Un- friendly behaviour, rude behaviour, partially by Customer service representative and her name is dipu . Overall very bad experience.

Went in to get my family subs for lunch and was told we could only order 2 subs. We are a family of 4 - absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 2 then left and went back in to order the other 2. I will never use this store again. Disappointed!!

Got home with my sandwich and the bread was hard as a rock. I mean I could have used it as a wheel chock for my trailer it was that hard. I didn't get it toasted. It was stale inside and out, the bread must have been days old, possibly weeks.
There is no way the guy making my sandwich didn't know the bread was stale beyond edible.
Complained, "manager" said oh well!
Will not be returning. Suggest others do not eat here, if they're willing to give me stale bread and think that's ok, what other rotten items are they putting in your sandwich. Someone is going to get sick.
