The coffee at this location always tastes bad compared to the highway location. Doesn't matter what time of day. It tastes bitter and burnt.

There is often an unreasonable wait when you dine in. The employees usually cater to the drive through, and look annoyed when they find me at the counter waiting. The accuracy of my orders is probably around a 50% success rate.

Truly the worst Tim experience my friend and I have ever had. Only 2 in line and waited over 5 minutes to be told "you need to go to the other till" waited there again while 2 people loaded a machine in front of u- one was wiping mess the other one was making. Finally ordered, waited for coffees and breakfast biscuits to dribble out to us. Had to wait additional time for a hash brown. Staff seemed to be tripping over each other so no lack of staff. We could see 7 and someone would occasionally run out from the kitchen. First time ever - over 1/2 hour to order and get everything. When my friend asked if one of the items that came out of the kitchen was ours (after considerable wait) a woman told her "it's not instant". No one else was waiting so thought it might be for us.

We've been coming to Kincardine in the summer for years. This Timmy's used to be a favorite, but no more. It's a nice updated restaurant but that's it. The biggest issue here is that they need a complete attitude change! Start with management. We're also never sure if it'll be open or not, or if we'll get a fresh coffee. They close early evenings (7ish) but often the front counter is closed before that and only drive thru is open. Nobody comes after supper cuz nobody knows if they'll be open or not! Such a shame.
I cannot recommend this one. :v(

Tim Hortons is just Greedy and Cheap. This location charged me .25 for the “Cup” when I asked for a cup of water. My overall purchase was $10 and they charge me for a CUP??

The only reason I gave a half decent rating is the woman at the window, I believe her name is Karen was nice to my kids and just genuinely a nice person.

Brutal. Take your cup and……. Won’t be back to any Tims in the foreseeable future.

I was not going to share my feedback but looking at other reviews , probably it makes sense to do it.
After a long wait, my order was completely mismanaged, the items I didn’t order were handed over. Worst of which was bacon in a sandwich which I categorically requested and confirmed that should have no meat!

Worst experience ever. I was told to contact customer service and I've been waiting 2 months for a reply as The store does not care for concerns. I argued with management about two different drinks that they kept saying were the same.... They wouldn't change them. They only offer to refund it in which they were funded two different drinks that were supposed to be the same

TURN OFF THE BEEPING! Went for breakfast and there was the most obnoxious annoying LOUD beeping, that went on FOREVER! Okay coffee, terrible atmosphere. Mentioned it to someone and was ignored.

Purchased iced coffee in the morning (9am) and it was made the night before (gross taste).

Lady that helped us at cash was rude (hope her life is going ok, because she shouldn't be that rude to customers ordering food).
