This tim horton absolutely sucks they have over 5 to 10min delays on drive through staff has no professionalism or basic manners they dont even bother saying lil things like sorry for delays or anything they will outright tell u go to the other tims if u got problem waiting. This is absurd. Never going back to this tims ever. They not worth any customers money or time.

Very slow service. I had to repeat myself 4 times for a single item they then proceeded to mess it up. The screen said bacon and I still ended up with sausage. Absolutely disappointing. Retrain or rehire. This is unacceptable.

There is often an unreasonable wait when you dine in. The employees usually cater to the drive through, and look annoyed when they find me at the counter waiting. The accuracy of my orders is probably around a 50% success rate.
