Wow, just waited 20 minutes in line with 3 cars in front of me at 9am, longest I’ve ever waited in a fast food line, I go here almost everyday, new staff are slacking hard

Worst drive thru design ever.
Slow service 90% of the time.
This tim horton absolutely sucks they have over 5 to 10min delays on drive through staff has no professionalism or basic manners they dont even bother saying lil things like sorry for delays or anything they will outright tell u go to the other tims if u got problem waiting.
This is absurd.
Never going back to this tims ever.

Very slow service. I had to repeat myself 4 times for a single item they then proceeded to mess it up. The screen said bacon and I still ended up with sausage. Absolutely disappointing. Retrain or rehire. This is unacceptable.

Very kind staff, low wait time, fixes mistakes if any at all
Was ignored by employees for 5 minutes. When someone was forced to help me, finally, she was rude and highly incompetent (Didn't know what black tea was?). Took my business elsewhere.
Perfect ambiance to relax
Extremely rude manager. Simply asked if they could switch out sausage for chicken on a wrap . She told me that’s too weird and gave me a discussed face . Go work somewhere else definitely should not be in a manager position.

The person at drivethrough was useless . They decided to take order but let us wait at window for 12 min. All for a black coffee. What a joke. Not the first time this happened
The coffee at this location always tastes bad compared to the highway location. Doesn't matter what time of day. It tastes bitter and burnt.

There is often an unreasonable wait when you dine in. The employees usually cater to the drive through, and look annoyed when they find me at the counter waiting. The accuracy of my orders is probably around a 50% success rate.
