Horrible, horrible customer service made worse by a terribly disrespectful manager. Ordered 4 of the new pastries online 15 minutes before pickup only to be told when I showed up that I would have to wait "17" minutes. When I explained I couldn't wait and wanted a refund, I was told that I couldn't get a refund. When I explained that was unacceptable, she basically told me "tough luck" with an attitude. I didn't want to lose $15 so I waited....
The service is good, the donuts were good and the coffee wasn't that bad but the taste is always changing. When you go in to get a coffee you don't know what your going to get. It's never consistent!
Staff are polite but most are slow and don't try to go faster when the drive thru is backed up.Even more annoying is that they open at 5am but workers won't answer the com system till 10 or 15 minutes later.This has happened to me several times.
