We were visiting the area and stopped by for coffee. There were flies everywhere, sitting on the bagels and buns. When in the food industry every effort should be made to ensure that hygiene standards are met. If there is an issue of flies in the area, the higher ups should do their best to do something about it. The place is clean and the service was good, but it's a turnoff when there's flies everywhere.

We went to get coffee and some snacks and there were flies all over the food in the glass shelves. We told the girl at the counter and she just shrugged saying it's food so there will be flies. She didn't care much. We canceled the order and walked out. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience, large flies all around the restaurant. They were buzzing on all the bakery items. When mentioned to our server, she starkly responded that this is a food court so there will be flies, and insisted this is normal. Terrible atmosphere, not hygienic- TIM HORTONS management please review the hygiene at your restaurants.

Flies on Food – Very Disappointed

I visited this Tim Hortons and was shocked to see flies crawling on the food kept inside the display shelf. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. I’ve attached a video as proof. I hope management takes immediate action to resolve this, because this is not what customers expect from a trusted brand.

This Tom Hortons used to be kept so well. Always clean and tidy. Went there today with my mom for coffee and every single table had leftover food and garbage from the previous customers. Chairs were all askew and the floor was disgusting. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of flies. I used to work for Tim Hortons and they were always very fussy about keeping the restaurant clean. Now these new owners just don’t seem to care at all.

This is the slowest operating Tim Hortons . Drive thru times are horrible. Often 10+ minutes. Currently writing this in the drive thru after 16 minutes.

After quite a long wait in the drive thru, I get home and this is my double toasted bagel with light cream cheese. Took light to a new level. I work in service industry and would never serve this to a customer. Only reason 1 star wasn’t given is because the girl cashing us out at drive was very sweet.

Ordered 2 coffees; a double-double and a 2 sugar 1 milk. Both coffees had no sugar added.
2nd time i stopped by coffee was made right, but wrap fell apart like a 2nd hand russian submarine in the Ganges river!
Not impressed!

I went to this Tim Hortons expecting it to be open until 10 PM, as listed on Google. I got there just after 9 PM and the store was already closed. It would really help if you updated your hours online so people don’t waste their time showing up thinking you’re still open.

Clerk made me wait until she serviced the entire drive through line. Only Tim’s I’ve ever been to that prioritized drive through instead of walk in. I’ll be buying my coffee elsewhere!

Walked in to a sweet young girl taking my order who looked to be on the verge of tears. She was simply taking my order when another worker screamed at her for something she did not mean to do and for not being able to hear her on the other side of the restaurant. Very poor actions towards young employees I was not impressed.
