I recently bought a $20 gift card for my sister to Bar Burrito, and was excited about the offer that came with it — $5 off the first order when using the gift card. Unfortunately, when my little sister went to use it for her order, she forgot to redeem the discount. When we went today we asked if it could be applied to the second order since she forgot to use it the first time but the staff refused, even after speaking with the manager on the phone. They also claimed she needed a separate $5 coupon, which I never received when purchased the gift card. I asked the employee if they can just allow it this time since it’s the first time buying a gift card but she said the manager said no even tho I didn’t hear her saying that on the phone. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service left a bad impression, especially when two different employees said different things. Very disappointed with the experience. Feels like a scam and something that could’ve been done if they wanted to. it’s $5 that we didn’t use so what’s the problem using it for the second order if my little sister forgot.

I recently visited Bar Burrito and had an amazing experience! The burritos were packed with flavor and made with fresh ingredients, and the rice bowls were just as delicious. The modern yet cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax, and the friendly, attentive staff really stood out. Overall, fantastic food, great ambience, and excellent service – highly recommend!
