This McDonald’s owes me at least 20 bucks from multiple different occasions it’s near my School so it’s the place I go for a quick lunch. I place a mobile order every time and I’ve never have problems with it until I went to this McDonald’s. They said it wasn’t paid online so I had to pay there which I did but then when I checked my bank account, I was charged twice once online and then when they charged me in person, I told him about it at the drive-through and they said I’m gonna need to come in and dispute it. I’m a college student so I didn’t have time to go in as I had a class eventually just let it pass until today. I placed another mobile order but I forgot to order something so when I got to the window, I ordered it on the side. They said I have to pay separately, which is completely fine. That’s what I expected. I paid an extra five dollars and when I got my food halfway back to school, I realized they didn’t put what I ordered on the side in the bag meaning they just took more money from me. It’s not easy to dispute problems with them either. They don’t hire people that know how to do their jobs.

You know what it is it's a McDonald but I think it's the best. The food is always hot and made well. But the best part is the service absolutely. There was a manager named Tony, I ate a rather large order which he was impressed with. So Impressed he ended up giving me free food after :). Great food and Great service would recommend

When I order my coffee. I realized that there is missing something either cream or sugar. First of all, I thought it was just an accident. Second time, okay. I took it as excuse again, but the third time I feel like this is just a waste of money, ordering something and receiving absolutely different from what you order It, instead of double-double receiving black coffee. No cream, no sugar, and that's a waste. I don't care about money but I do care about my time that I wasted in the line. And after all, it's all for nothing.

They always get an order wrong 9/10 times. Food is not fresh , always stale . Even if you ask for fresh food they don’t provide it. I received a few wrong orders, have asked for extra onions and it looked like malicious they covered the whole sandwich with onions and I asked once for fresh nuggets they were just re throw in the oil you could tell - stale, over burned and dry inside .

Watched them mess up order of cars in drive through 3 times during my visit. Really not difficult to watch 2 lines-- but at Mcdonalds it might as well be rocket science. The honking is annoying, please stop pissing 50% of your drive through off.

Hailey the manager is worst. Too arrogant about her position. She asked if i wanted to do her job for her. I was a manager at Mcdonalds 25 yrs ago when i was 17 and did my job way better than her. Horrible mannerism, needs improvement in customer service and need to learn more words In English as she kept repeating the same sentence over and over with no explanation. She clearly seems highly uneducated and doesnt know what she is doing.
