Mr Zagros - Best Shawarma in Town

Food is cold and tasteless; not at all the best shawarma in town. It’s actually the worse shawarma in town. There phone number doesn’t even work to complain.

I live in Waterloo for university and there are a hundred shawarma shops there but nothing tops this one.Best shawarma, amazing sauces, quality fries.They also don’t skimp out and give you a lot of food and makes your money spend truly worth it.Fantastic place.

December 11- Not sure if they changed owners or had a different set of employees at night, but it’s not the same. The chicken in my shawarma wasn’t warm and the didn’t taste fresh like usual. Never had any complaints about this restaurant until today. Sorry but I will not be coming back.

The food is good to eat in the restaurant but poor packaging for takeout and delivery.The sandwiches were wrapped in a thin foil half open, and completely cold when we received them. We live only 8 minutes away from Mr Zagros.The food quality also is not similar to the past, but still good for the price.

Horrible food, the quality of food has significantly deteriorated over the past year. We ordered for deluvery, food recieved was cold, barely you could taste any meat, smooshed bread, food in general was nothing like what it was when they opened up. Waste of money!

Been going to this place most days during my lunch, since its within walking distance of my highschool. Incredible food, short wait times, great service, really friendly staff. Some of the best (I think) fast food I've had in a long time.

Went there today the food was very nice. There is new management, they seem like a very friendly hardworking bunch. I don’t understand how people are leaving bad reviews for last week, when the store was closed for renovations for a week, and just opened couple days ago under new management.

Very inviting really good customer service the atmosphere is very calming the food taste amazing ? ? I was really hungry and I decided to try Mr Zagros I needed some home cooked tasting ? food and Mr Zagros hit the spot very healthy and you get to choose what sauce you want on you food and salad ? you also l get fresh bread ? ? with your main course, I will definitely try them again and think you should too.
