Delivery guy skipped our delivery, went back to the restaurant. Restaurant guy calls and says "he tried to deliver twice, even came to back door. " Impossible, we have been playing Monopoly on the front porch for hours and our back door is on 200 acres of woods, no side access. Call the restaurant several more tines...he is on the way there in 3 minutes...it's been 1.5 hours at this point...deliver guy arrives all the food is cold...he admits he never came before....restaurant called back doesn't answer. $120 in pizza 2 hours later, cold and lied to by the reataurant. Their behavior reflects poorly on the Pizza Nova franchise, who should re evaluate their franchise status.

If i could leave a 0 i would. This guy literally drops my food (after messing up my order) on the floor and i turn my back for a second he then tried to put the chicken back into my box. when i called him out he tried to lie to my face instead of offering to make me a new order. i dont want to eat food off the floor do i look like a animal?…. Then when i call head office all im getting offered is $15 (could barely even understand her btw), i then asked to speak to a manager but instead sends me to her friend, had to ask again. The credit i got couldn’t even re-order what I order. never again smh. Freaks
