I ordered the Artisan Charcuterie Snack Box several times online, and they always forget to put it in. This is not just once but four times in a row. I ordered 3 times with uber and once with DoorDash and every time it is not in there. They don’t even tell me it’s out of stock every time I have to issue a refund. They used to pack it but now this has gone on over four times.

Lazy staff didn't do their job properly, can't do the easiest job, placing the lid properly,
Coffee spilled in the car.
Rude staff, after going to the store, they were ignoring and hardly said sorry.

The young woman serving me was very soft spoken and I could barely hear her. I redeemed a birthday beverage however she couldn't even muster up a birthday wish...not that I really care but for a company that is focused on service it had to be mentioned. The bold brew was empty and after waiting for a fresh batch she didn't even have the notion to tell me my coffee was ready. Good grief...this is hopefully a small sample of the youth in service today.

Worst service ever. Just came in to start off my day before work. This was the most rudest staff I’ve come across. The girl taking my order inside at the counter, was beyond rude. I was being very approachable asking her how her day was and she didn’t acknowledge me and just responded “what do u want.” I ordered a wrap and a latte and the other girl was kind who gave me my latte and said “have a nice day” I continued to let her know that I’m still waiting on the wrap and the girl who initially took my order says, “I literally have it, can you just not wait” and throws the wrap on the counter saying “here u go”, very rude. I really wish I could’ve got her name. No one should be starting off their day and ruining someone else’s day like this. If you chose to work in customer service, least you could do is show even a little bit of kindness.

Great staff. Beautiful place.
I also had a chance to discuss with current managers of this wonderful branch concerning how garbage system at this branch as well as other branches.
Various feasible architectural & community-powered ideas as part of a hackathon could potentially be improved for the benefit of all i.e. including Starbucks and to maintain its good reputation in 2025 and beyond.
Please keep me in the sustainability loops when/where needed 🆘🚨🔥🧑🚒🚒
