Such lovely baristas who always make my day! What sweethearts!!!!!!! The store is massive and is lovely to sit in the cafe and do work in. When I walked in I was instantly welcomed.

Worst Starbucks location in the GTA. Staff is unconcerned and seem to not like their job. If told that the beverage doesn’t taste right, they just shrug their shoulders. Complaining to the manager on duty results in arguments and defensive response. Unfortunately, It’s my daily Starbucks stop because it’s the only one on my route to work, and they mess up our order in sole way. I called and complained at the customer service. Their district manager was supposed to call me — Never got a call back. Mobile order results in black iced coffee despite selecting all customized options of adding milk and sugar. Requesting a sleeve or sticker (for stopper as coffee can spill) results in rolling of the eyes and pause to show That you are requesting something you can do without.
Avoid this location if possible.
Never ever remade a beverage upon complaint. Starbucks beverages are expensive — their customer service is cheap. They will argue that they did put enough milk or sugar and comment: “do you want more?” If it’s there and not stirred, then stir the coffee instead of arguing and not remaking the beverage.
Their beverage never tastes according to the Starbucks standards.

This was a larger starbucks- more than usual. It was comfortable, busy and had enough staff to serve with hardly any wait. Food was perfect, and the barrista explained the amount of shots of expresso per americano size. Unfortunately I didnt get her name but the person who took the time to make a pup cup is in the pics. Oh, and the Bathroom was spotless.

Beautiful store and very nice people! They do such great job managing the hoards of high school students that attack the store during their lunch break. So nice to not have to listen to the screaming and mayhem now that they limit the amount that can come in at one time, and they are able to keep up with cleaning up after the students now too. Great management of that situation.
This location is well lit, spacious, and very modern. Unfortunately it’s not clean at all. It might be because it’s close to schools and kids come and litter here but that shouldn’t be the management’s excuse. The garbage was over flowing. There was literally no room for one extra cup to put there to the point that people started putting their garbage on the counter. The worst was seeing fruit flies all over the pastries on display. We kept waiting for so long for our drinks and then we randomly noticed two drinks sitting. We asked the barista if they were ours and she said yes I called your names. We were standing right in front of her and neither of us heard her call our name. The baristas area wasn’t clean either. We ordered our drinks and walked out of there immediately. I wish I took photos to prove my review.

High school kids are told to wait outside the store during their lunch break. They only have 50 mins time to purchase there meal….Many of them were forced to go somewhere else to purchase meal…Very unprofessional 😡😡😡
