While I was still deciding what to order,😊👍 James came over with such genuine kindness and suggested a drink that perfectly suited my mood — calm, cozy, and just what I needed to unwind.
This store itself feels so warm and welcoming, with a comforting atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer and simply enjoy life. Everyone here treats customers with real care, and that makes a huge difference.
James’s thoughtful and attentive service truly touched me. As someone who used to visit Tim Hortons every day, I’m now seriously thinking of making Starbucks my new daily spot.

I love this location. Beautiful cafe and great staff!. I usually go inside because I like talking to the baristas, very nice young ladies. Julianna and Sabrina are both super pleasant and very nice ladies!

I’ve always known Starbucks for its polite and welcoming staff, but my recent experiences at the drive-thru have been disappointing. The employee at this location lacks customer-friendly behavior, isn’t polite, and doesn’t offer a warm welcome. Because of this, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this branch anymore. As a mom, I can honestly say that Starbucks has been more than just a coffee shop for me — it’s been a little sanctuary in the middle of busy days. I’ll never forget meeting Sabrina Jada, who is truly the sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever met. She’s the reason I come to this specific location. Whenever I stop in for my morning coffee, I’m always greeted so kindly by Sabrina. She’s incredibly patient and understanding, especially when I’m struggling to decide which drink to order for my kids. Whenever she’s working, you just know you’re going to get the best customer service possible!!

I ordered the Artisan Charcuterie Snack Box several times online, and they always forget to put it in. This is not just once but four times in a row. I ordered 3 times with uber and once with DoorDash and every time it is not in there. They don’t even tell me it’s out of stock every time I have to issue a refund. They used to pack it but now this has gone on over four times.
Is there anywhere better than here !
