I had an awful experience at the Seneca King Campus Starbucks on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 11:02 AM because of an employee named Rose. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional, rude, and unhygienic.
I ordered a coffee, and instead of handing it to me when it was ready, Rose left it sitting open for several minutes while she focused on other tasks, like putting dishes away. To make matters worse, she spilled coffee, wiped the area with a wet cloth, and then didn’t wash her hands before closing the lid on my drink. The lids she was using were also sitting on a wet, dirty surface. When I politely asked for a clean lid, she rolled her eyes, gave me attitude, and responded rudely.
When I said, “Excuse me,” she sarcastically replied, “You are excused.” It was condescending and disrespectful, and I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a Starbucks before.
This experience was completely unacceptable. Poor hygiene, delays in service, and a complete lack of professionalism from staff like Rose make me hesitant to ever return to this location. Starbucks management should seriously address this kind of behaviour.

Charge me extra money, so I reported to the Starbucks HQ about this unprofessional service. Moreover, Indian woman with glasses, I don't know her name, but she looked like a manager. She acted ridiculous telling me not to raise my voice. She kept asking me my name, so I raised my voice, but she told me not to yell at her... It was ridiculous.

Came here again at 11:20am Tuesday, to give it another chance and yet everytime they charge me extra for something that comes with the drink. Been working at starbucks for the past 3 years, they refuse to make the drink the standard way, overcharging you for no reason, and talk shit behind your back while waiting for the drink. Unprofessional its not enough for this location. Almost a week ago they charge me extra again for a cold brew and had to go back didnt even apologize or explain just gave me another drink for free, and watered down!!! Disappointing…..

People are extremely nice and know how to make drinks & food fast but properly. I come here a lot for lunch during the week and it’s a place I know won’t disappoint.

This location seems fine campred to others. I think the hours they close could be better but it's not a big deal. The service seems friendly and they are quick at what they do. I also think this locations seceary is really cool but that could be the norm for every Starbucks
