Very disappointed with the treatment I received at this Subway location. I went there in the morning and politely asked a female staff member if I could use the washroom. Without any proper explanation, she immediately told me to go to Tim Hortons instead. She didn’t mention that the washroom was for customers only — she simply denied me access. I was on a phone call with my friend at the time, and the way she spoke felt very dismissive and discriminatory. The washroom was not out of service, and someone had just used it before me. I had planned to order food, but after experiencing such rude and unwelcoming behavior, I decided not to. This is not how any customer should be treated. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are being treated.

If i could i would give 0 stars, this is the worst subway i have ever went too, garbage service. Yelling and screaming turkish and persian cuss words at eachother (employees) dont know what english words are. Started yelling and saying no no no when i asked to toast it again. The manager is the greediest lady known to man

The best subway location ever!! Friendly staff and clean dining area.
I ordered subway on DoorDash and called the store to ask them to cook my bacon twice this is something I do all the time at my local subway and they always do it for me the guy on the phone said he would cook it twice for me and did not and when I called back he was telling me that he had cooked the bacon twice well I don’t know what type of bacon subway has that it doesn’t cook in the oven?

The workers are amazing so sweet and kind. the food is always good and delicious plus I come here for lunch once every 2-1 weeks. I also enjoy sitting peacefully and enjoying my meal while watching my shows.
