The decor is cute! However the space is tight. They have a QR code for the menu near the beginning. However, the items on their online menu no longer exist. So you go up in a big line and awkwardly discover they do not have it and have to make a new quick stressed decision. I highly suggest updating your online menu and placing the menu option sheets not directly at the cash.

Very cute cafe to get a well made tea and coffee while doing some work. The atmosphere is nice and quiet with space on the balcony and backyard to sit, especially when its nice out. The food is also good with the breakfast and pastry options. This is a great spot to enjoy if youre looking for a relaxing café to spend some time in. Worth a visit!

Usually love this place, but today I ordered a large latte and was given a small. When I mentioned it, it wasn’t remade. A bit disappointing for the price. Hoping service improves because the drinks are normally great.

Chicken avocado wrap was great, however coffee was a disappointment. We ordered 2 cappuccino’s, mine was extremely hot, I burnt my tongue and with cinnamon on top which I never asked for . My bfs cappuccino was on oat milk instead of regular. No any designs or regular view of cappuccino, just huge foam of milk on top.

Such a lovely and cozy gem in the middle of all the greens and trees. Roots Café feels so warm and welcoming, it’s in a cute old house filled with vintage pieces that make it extra special. The coffee is delicious and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite little getaways in King City. Perfect spot to relax!

I really adore this place, not just for the vibe, but for the food and delicious coffee. But recently coffee has become unbearable to drink because of how HOT it has become, and it’s not just latte, my husband had cappuccino and burned his mouth severely. More to it, couldn’t even feel the taste of coffee in there, just super hot milk. I hope this changes soon - really love this place.
