We sat in the drive through lineup for 25 minutes and then they messed up our order. We then sat at the window for another 5 minutes as they remade our coffee. Jesus what a pain it would have been quicker to drive to midland and back for the dam coffee.💀

This will be the Last time I take a coffee that doesn’t help wake me up, I will be diligent about my coffee and need for caffeine. The last thing I want to do is blame Tim Hortons for not being attentive between their caffeinated coffees and decaffeinated coffees. (Long drive)

Long story short, it seems like common practice for any Tim Hortons to mix up their coffees.

Very bad service. I went there couple of times and they always mix up the orders. Don’t know why. Recently I ordered a chicken bowl. I paid for it but at the end they gave me wrap, asked them to change it they didn’t do it, asked for a refund they didn’t do it. They need to train the staff properly.
Plus they do need to maintain proper hygiene. Staff was working and making food without gloves. I got stomach problems after eating their food.

They have hired people who cannot understand english and who are giving away cold food. Asked for a double toasted bagel with butter amd it came out completely cold. It was probably sitting there from an order they messed up and decided to pass on to me. The lady had an attitude when I told her and said Thank you next time. It is a matter of time for some other coffee shop to open and crush tim hortons because of their ever declining service.

Temporary FW's with zero food safety training. We watched a worker handle cash and then prepare food without washing hands. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay clear of this place.

 What do we usually associate it with?
Right — tasty food and drinks, fast and quality service, smiles and kindness.
Unfortunately, none of this applies to this location. 😔

Waiting 15–20 minutes for an order, only to be “pleasantly” surprised that you receive something completely different from what you ordered. You might say that we’re all human and mistakes happen — and I absolutely agree. But again, not in the case of this location. Here, mistakes happen constantly.

And you’re lucky if you get your order inside and can fix it. But what if it’s drive-thru? You get your order, drive away, and suddenly — another “pleasant” surprise while you’re already on the road.

What’s the reason for this?
Lack of experience?
Lack of English?
Lack of staff?
Lack of desire to provide proper service?
Or simply the inability to do so?

Maybe learn from other locations? You are serving people — you’re not just selling food and drinks, you’re giving people energy and setting their mood for the entire day. And at this location, you can lose both in a matter of seconds.

It’s a shame that no one is taking action to improve the situation — and the rating clearly shows it. 👎
