Went through the drive through. We had to repeat the order multiple times for them to acknowledge they got it, by the time we got to the window (1 car ahead of us) they somehow misheard large steeped tea as small. Then demanded us to pay an extra dollar to get our correct drink, only for it to be freaking coffee. What incompetence! And because it's an on route we can't turn around and get it fixed.

The dirty looks, the attitude given . There was no speaking to me alot of huff and puffs. Eye rolls. I had to look at the machine for total price. There was no customer service polite at all. Such a shame since I always tend to stop here on road trips.

After 10 cents per cup, make sense. I got a cup of hot Water before for 10 cents. But this morning, Tim Hortons is charging 20 cents for hot WATER(without cup) now?? Is this even legal??

Enjoy the kiosk to order the food, quick and simple. Got my orders within few minutes. It's rest stop quality food and coffee. Nothing to write home about but good enough to keep your tummy full and stay awake for the long drive.
