Got off a late flight around 2:00 am and thought hey we’re back in Canada let’s get a bagel and a coffee for the trip back home ordered from the drive threw which was a struggle went to the window no one there to great me. The manager who was cleaning the counter grabbed the dirty bucket then started to make my bagel who didn’t even change her gloves as she was making the bagel started to talk on her cell phone still no one at the window I was already at the point with the dirty gloves that I wasn’t going to accept the food nor coffee and the place was absolutely disgusting garbage all over the floor there are standards even at a fast food place I would give them 0 stars if I could and recommend no one to go there this is more then a complaint it’s a health and safety concern. If I wanted to get food like this I would get street from India at least I know the risk I’m already taking.

Got short changed $10 in the drive through. Asked for receipt to verify and he said machine was down. This has happened more than once at this location. Usually only a dollar though. Coffee always seems to taste like old dishwater too. Never again. Worst Tim’s in Ontario.

A customer shouldn’t be ordered to “wait” at the drive-thru before pulling up to the window, especially for an order they’re paying for. Being hurriedly gestured to stop before the sensor just to improve performance metrics is not an experience I want to endure at 7am in the morning, and over a $4 coffee and with a line of cars piling up behind.

There wasn't even an explanation about the behaviour - just pure demand - until I asked. Upper management needs to address this practice, look into the root of this problem, and fix it... Really disappointed this is what Tims is coming down to.
