Made us wait 20 minutes for a sandwiches and donut which then came out with the wrong sandwiches completely made without care and not even what we ordered donut was not given to us had to come in for that and then come back for the rest of our sandwiches that were not made correctly took three different trips into the Tim Hortons after going to drive through just to make the sandwiches and donut correctly ask for lots of ketchup was then given three as for a lot more was given two more and told that we were not allowed to have anymore after ordering five different sandwiches

WHILE giving order, they didn't have espresso shots, Wiped cream not available and no ice coffee as well. Just refused having everything. The behavior of the staff was also not appropriate they are always in hurry for closing the store.

This Tim Hortons was in the RVH in Barrie. The service was excellent considering the amount of customers that go through there everyday. Staff are polite.
