I ordered coffee and Bagel with jam no butter but I got only half side jam touch half Bagel nothing worst service hand funny is there are butter on all Bagel!!! When ever you order check before you drive off time I order 815 am walk in today Sunday it wasn't busy no one there in store 4 people are working.....I was passing by area i don't use this location

I recently visited Tim Hortons and was incredibly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the manager, Andrew, From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the team was well-organized and motivated, and that’s a testament to Andrew's leadership. Not only was the store spotless and well-maintained, but the staff also seemed genuinely happy and eager to help, which created a welcoming atmosphere.
Andrew's went above and beyond to ensure my order was prepared perfectly and even checked in to see if everything was to my satisfaction. It’s refreshing to see a manager so actively involved with the customers and attentive to detail. He made sure everything ran smoothly, even during the busy rush, which was impressive.
Thank you, Andrew's, for making my experience memorable. It’s clear you care about both your team and your customers, and it truly makes a difference. I’ll definitely be returning to this Tim Hortons because of the positive experience!

I was met at the window by SHAY who greeted me with a huge smile and a hello and how are you? She then told me that she didn’t have plain timbits. I laughed and said my dog was going to be very disappointed and she asked if he would consider a plain donut and then got me two. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I left with a smile on my face
Drive through took my order right-I checked the screen- but gave me 1 wrong item

This happens every week , at any Tim Hortons . Poor English, asked for a sausage rap . Got a farmers sausage wrap instead. Drive through service, I found out my problem when I was few blocks away traveling . Other parts of the service experience were fine . Forget about trying to contact someone at Timmy’s this and I’m sure a wall somewhere on line is the only way.
Wheelchair accessibility: There a button on the wall with the guy in a chair looking to go somewhere. Then the doors magically open.
