No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The waitress was too busy chatting with a bar patron to offer us a drink refill despite being there for over an hour. Customers came in and had to ask where to sit because the waitress was too engrossed in her conversation

They never answer their phone. Picked up take out today and my fries were so Cold they could’ve been made the day before. The jalepeno poppers had NO cheese in them. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Any other location is better than this one.

I went to this restaurant as they opening. It was pretty empty with only one other group of people in the restaurant at the time. After we were done ordering I went to wash my hands in the washroom and to my surprise they were filthy. The toilets were filled with stuff which I could only assume was from the night before since we were the first customers in that day. It doesn't look like they take cleaning very seriously. Our waiter only came to take our order, deliver our food and bring the bill.

Liz is an exceptional waitress, and always takes care of her customers. We come here solely for her service and she deserves recognition!
For a place that specializes in wings the wing flavors were not noticeable and there wasn't any spice or heat while the menus stated the wings were suppose to be spicy. Overall the new ownership needs to work on the sauces in the kitchen because the standard has dropped from the last vosot to this past one.

I can't say is great sorry, we order a 4 pounds of wings (delivery) and on the web is like a combo with fries or veggies, they come only 4 small boxes with wings, no veggies no fries, for 80$ ! I call to the store to explain about they missed veggies and fries and they didn't give any solution, just they say sorry and nothing else, that if you want come and pick up and that's it. We order for delivery because some reason right? No for finally go and pick up at least is they mistake. We don't order again here for sure.

Called ahead of time to make sure they do the all you can eat wings and they confirmed with us so we made a reservation.Came to eat when we were told they actually don’t and that we have to order a pound of wings and then we only get 5 extra wings. manager was extremely rude to us.Do not recommend. Don’t go here.
