I went to this dairy queen twice while visiting from out of town. They have a sign that says there is a special on the app for a $1 Blizzard so I finish setting up the app and I don't see this deal anywhere so I ask the worker at the front. They advise the app needs to be installed for several days before I can use the deal. No offer to honor or the deal or use their app..... I miss good customer service days. Very disappointing

Disappointing we used to go to DQ every week in Waterdown and they would always honor the coupons regardless of expiry. This DQ is Remarkably different! Sad really, I won't be coming back here. My children wont be getting their favs. Sad because so much of Kingsville has been positive but your DQ does not deliver!

This place is completely run by incapable and extremely lazy personnel that cant even find their own drive thru wait signs .. stop wasting your time...will never be back.
Burgers and ice cream are good but they always seem to be understaffed and the wait times are a little long (drive though and dine in) you wait longer if you go inside than you do in the drive through tho.

My husband ordered me a birthday cake and they wrote down the order. Then they didn’t even make the cake. They gave our their managers personal number and she got upset at us for calling it. Maybe don’t have high-school students by themselves on night shift. There were kids running around doing whatever they wanted outside and inside and the young student said I can make a backup cake. How often does this happen that you guys have backup cakes and that’s not the point we don’t want a sloppy 5 minute job. We want what we paid for to begin with. Then she called the manger before we did to give her what is her version of the story lol. Way to cover your tracks. Not impressed at all. This location is going toEnd up closing if they keep the same manager who’s clearly not hiring the right people. The manager doesn’t care that much about her job. She didn’t even call us back to resolve the issue like she said she would.

The servers are all kids. There is no management anywhere. All the staff is disgustingly dirty. I the staff is that dirty how are the food prep areas? These kids all seem to be talking amongst themselves with no regard for the customer. Who exactly is the owner and why does he/she let this happen? For the price you pay, the restaurant and staff should be clean!

Took my family with 3 small children for ice cream at 9 pm and kids running restaurant had hard rock music blaring inside and outside with f* bombs blasting. We asked for them to change. They changed the station for one song then put it back to same station.I won't be back. Recommend an adult on staff.
