Was recommended by a local and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is quite small and does not accept reservations. The menu is small with a lot of options. The food and service was great.

The food at this restaurant has amazing flavour and the atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. My issue that left me in disbelief was that I asked to have the bao bunz changed over to the soft corn tortillas due to celiac issues, so I could enjoy the Taiwanese Pork Belly, and was flat out told no, I could not substitute the bao bunz for corn tortillas. How hard would that have been to do, so I could enjoy that dish. I was astonished, and I never thought that would even be an issue, as it was such an easy substitution. My husband was in disbelief as well, as we frequent the restaurant often, and I really wanted to try the pork belly this time around, without keeling over in pain later in the evening. Sad, unbelievable experience.Dietary restrictions: They first, stuffy waitress flat out refused to substitute the bao bunz for the Taiwanese Pork Belly with soft corn tortillas, due to Celiac issues, so I could order, and enjoy that meal. The second waitress was a breath of fresh air!

More like a 4.5 star but we were pretty impressed with everything here.Queso, tacos and bao buns were all very good. The star off was for a perceived understaffing because of late service; and the value for the money on the fried rice and dan dan noodles didn't seem to be there.

El Diablo is a lively and trendy restaurant serving innovative small plates and tacos. The murals all over the walls and the black brick wall adds lots of character to the space. Most recently, we dined during prime dining time on a Friday night and the service was much faster than I expected, given that the restaurant was packed. Even though it was so busy everyone who helped us was kind and even conversational. The food presentation was great, everything was very unique and flavourful. The best part in my opinion was that they had vegan and gluten free options. These options were awesome and we left feeling like we had a great dining experience (which isn't always the case w vegan/gf options). The cocktails were also really tasty and original. This was our third time dining here and it's consistently 10/10 for us.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu (there's a good amount)Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian options are all clearly marked on the menu

Top in its class! 4 courses and 4 ? THAT WAS ? so good. We left to full and I can’t say which dish I would have gone without because they were all so good. The waffle fries are a must have.

10/10 Recommend! Food was loaded with amazing flavours. Food was served warm & fresh. Friday nights are quite hectic so if you’ve looking to dine in and it be relaxed I don’t suggest going on a weekend night.

Hope you dont have a nut allergy or any dietary restrictions! They will not make any accommodations to the food as the chef doesnt like to change their recipes. The only thing on the menu that is nut free and vegetarian is alcohol.

Everything was great. Only downsides were the waffle fries were much too salty and it was WAY too loud in there with the music being played too loud. Can’t not talk or hear. It’s a small place and people are packed in. No music really needed but it was on too loud. Distracted from the amazing food and drinks.

Very good food, unexpected in a small town. This place had big city appeal and excellent tacos. Double shell corn which is my favourite. Barbacoa a good choice. If you like veg, the cauliflower is excellent. Also the Brussel sprouts (but non-veg). Good gluten free options.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower is great.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.
