Where do I begin. First I would like to say thank you to Bella. This woman is amazing. Planning a wedding in my opinion very stressful, she made the whole experience for me easy. With Firehouse Catering you have NOTHING, ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to worry about, she literally has everything under control.
My husband and I got married at the the Grovedale house in Kingsville. Firehouse, catered the wedding and also supplied the servers, the bartenders, all the forks, knives, cups, wine glasses, plates etc.... Everything was PERFECT. Bella and Claudio really have an amazing company, and staff.
The food people are still talking about.
"The pasta was so hot and al dente" "The chicken is so tender and juicy" "The roast beef melted in your mouth, you don't even need a knife" "That salad dressing needs to be bottled and sold in stores" "The food was so hot and fresh how did they do this entire wedding in there trailer"
These are just a few messages my guest keep asking me still to this day.
The day certainly goes by so fast, everything was perfect. The next day we come back to the hall and I literally could not believe my eyes.
Firehouse catering and their crew left the kitchen as well as the hall SPOTLESS. Claudio went above and beyond and organized all the alcohol for us and even boxed all the returns for us.
