My husband and I were just visiting Kingsville and came across this little gem near our hotel. We decided to have their eggs Benedict. My husband had one of their specialty fall eggs Benedict and he said it was literally what it fall would taste like if you were to eat it. 🥰 If that’s not what you’re into there is lots of other choices as well which I’m sure are just as delicious.

The "hookee" eggs benedict is unique and outstanding. Everytime I eat it for breakfast, I reminisce about it for the rest of the day 🥹

We were in the area on holidays and found Jim's sub shop. If you live in the area or are traveling and have not tried there breakfast you are truly missing out.

Wonderful breakfast place for a local diner experience. They state they have GREAT Eggs Benedict and they do! Great hollandaise sauce. Really friendly and nice people!

Came here for the first time today and it was absolutely amazing! The food is absolutely fantastic and the service is absolutely the best! Makes you feel like you’re at home eating! 10/10 recommend going! It definitely leaves you full and you’re leaving with a smile on your face! 😁

Came here for the first time today and may I say it’s absolutely the best breakfast in town I got the breakfast club and it’s the best club sandwich I’ve ever had and Jim is awesome always cracking jokes keep you laughing and super friendly I love this place absolutely recommend it 10/10

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed us and, within minutes, had steaming coffee & beverages to enjoy while trying to decide what to order. Not something that I would normally order, I decided on the “Hookie” Benedicts. WOW! It was beyond amazing!!! Popping hot, beyond delicious and a good sized meal portion. My husband ordered the Pizza Burger Omelet, again… piping hot and like eating a large Breakfast Pizza but with a crazy omelet twist. Coffee was “topped up” at least 4 times during our meal and we were checked on often by staff.
The restaurant had a cozy “home-feel”, was steady busy with a friendly atmosphere, and the place was spotless (including the washrooms).
An overall top-notch experience from beginning to end!

You certainly wouldn't know it from the exterior, but what a gem lies behind its front door! A group of six of us went for breakfast and we were so impressed! The food was delicious and the service was fast and very friendly. Obviously a family run business, all staff members stopped by to have a chat and welcome the out of towners. We highly recommend this establishment!

My family and I stopped here for an impromptu lunch. We are from Michigan and wanted somewhere that wasn't a chain that we could get back home! Well, Jim's sure delivered. We were so impressed with not only the food, but the atmosphere and kindness of the cook and staff! We will definitely be back if were ever in the area!

Love the food, waitstaff and atmosphere. Very clean and well managed . I’ll be taking my family here again ! A bonus they serve breakfast all day.:)
