They seem to fall into basically two categories: issues with delivery services, and issues with Americanized dishes.If you use a delivery service, and the delivery service fails? Blame the delivery service, not the restaurant who is caught in the middle.If you go to an ethnic restaurant and order authentic ethnic dishes, you're usually on solid ground. But if you go to an ethnic place and order Americanized food (goo goo rolls at a Japanese place), be prepared to get something almost but not quite entirely unlike what you had in mind. It's not that they don't care, it's that they are trying to do something for which there are no real standards.We love Koi Sushi for their sashimi dishes: a classic Japanese dish that is virtually impossible to be anything but fabulous.If you want deep fried, hit a chicken place. If you want fresh, tasty sashimi, Koi Sushi will hit the spot!!Dietary restrictions: Low carb friendlyKeto friendlyCarnivore friendlyPaleo friendly
food is good but beware ordering on skip the dishes, this place is extremely unresponsive on that app. Don’t offer your food on skip if you aren’t going to respond, i’ve had multiple canceled orders from them because Koi Sushi never responds. All the times i have ordered have been well within their opening hours so there is no excuse for this.

Had to update my review. This place is so inconsistent. Sometimes you get the best sushi you’ve ever had, or quite possibly the worst, like tonight. Sometimes the rolls are large or tiny. They have no consistency with who makes their sushi. I’ve had better sushi from grocery stores compared to what I ate tonight. Smallest rolls I’ve ever had - no ginger or wasabi, despite clearly asking for it. I’m in no hurry to go back. Will be supporting Sake Sushi from here on out.

always order from here, great sushi and friendly staff, wait times aren’t long.disappointed in the service lately. I Ordered $70 of sushi today and tipped $20 on a pickup order. I asked for lots of mango sauce and no peanut sauce. we were told they would give us a 4 oz container of mango sauce. picked up the order, asked if ginger and wasabi were in the bag, they said yes. got home, just around the corner, opened my order, no ginger, no wasabi, 1 small mango sauce, 1 small peanut sauce. I called back and they said “oh well, the chef usually adds ginger and wasabi”. Great, good to know, glad I spent $90 and can’t come back to the restaurant to have this rectified quickly and easily.

I had rock n roll and tempura roll. The customer service was great. The quality of sushi was good but I have tried better ones in west coast. Overall I’d recommend it to people and let them see for themselves.
Honestly some of the best sushi I've had outside of Japan!
