The food was terrible! Everything was old, stale, and not replaced once when low... The staff was pretty friendly i will say, bit there was issues with the credit card machine which was a bit of an issue.. overall i would not be back!

The food was awful, majority of the food was either stale, bland, or discolored and did not look trustworthy to eat, majority of the meat based dishes were dry and tough to chew like rubber, and the service was even worse, rude and entitled people, this place has potential but not with whoever is currently managing this place. I would give it a 0 star rating but Google doesn't allow that, in a way this restaurant is lucky because of this.

Food is terrible at the Buffet, dry, tasteless, over cooked. The only fresh item I saw put out was french fries.Way over priced! My 6yr old ate two chicken balls, and 8 fries for 14.99…My family of 4 paid over $120 for garbage food.Takeout is much better as it’s actually fresh food!

I ordered the BBQ Pork for pick-up because I was making Bao Buns. Got home, it was not #1 BBQ Pork, but #77 BBQ Pork with Broccoli. I called, girl said she would have remade, drove all the way back to have her tell me they refused because both dishes have broccoli? I asked why she didn't call and tell me that before I drove all the way there? Blank look? Asked to speak to Manager who insisted that they both have broccoli even though the one I ordered does not say that. This does not make sense? Why two exact same dishes on the menu? She said one is stir fried with broccoli and the other one the pork sits on top of the broccoli...really? Deceitful. I said if I wanted broccoli I would have ordered it. I asked if she could just give be BBQ Pork and she said no it would be too expensive. No offer to reimburse me for the dish. No apology for the misunderstanding. No apology for having me drive all the way back for no reason. I called May May Inn and asked if their BBQ Pork was just BBQ Pork, it is, same price. Guess where I will be going in the future...

I had a really disappointing experience at Lucky Chop Stick. (Take up/pick up) The customer service was abysmal, with rude and careless staff. To make matters worse, the food was completely tasteless, lacking any flavour or excitement. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.
