There was a group of 16 of us who visited Pelee Island for a bike trip. We biked around the island and stopped at your winery on our last day. We enjoyed your wine so much that 2 of us ordered a case when we arrived home .The setting was beautiful.

Tried to get a flight while visiting. It was the end of the day for them and we were the only people there The lady who waited on me wasn't overly friendly. As soon as I started giving my requests she turned to wait on someone else who just walked In. I stepped back from the counter waiting for her return. She just kept taking care of the other people. So I left. I contacted them on their website and they responded with questions for more detail. When I replied to their email it was rejected and returned to me 3 times.

Extremely impressed with the service from Pelee Island Winery, especially from the online sales portion. After I made a mistake on my delivery, I called the main office and I believe Glen; (sorry if I misspelled your name), answered and assured me my order would be sent to the correct address. Not only that we ordered from Ottawa and the delivery came less than 24 hours later. This is our go to Winery when in Essex, but even more impressed with the delivery speed and care of packaging all the way to the other side of the province. Also if you haven’t tried their Moscato it is one of the best out there!

My sister really wanted to do a wine tour for her birthday. None of us really knew what to expect as we have never been on one before. From my booking on the phone with Glenn to our tour guide Evan to the fabulous ladies at the bar (caught one of their names Dana or dianna) it was an amazing experience! Y’all literally made my sisters birthday thank you so much! Will definitely be back in the future!

I visited the winery on Peele island a year ago and was impressed with history and learned to love the wines in a wine tasting tour on site. I visited today the store in Kingsville and was not disappointed. A wide variety of wines was displayed for purchase in a very tastefully decorated showroom. Everything was clean and well organized. I was able to purchase wines that are not available at LCBO and wine gift boxes. There is a wine tasting bar and a area to sit down. The staff was super friendly and even helped me to carry my purchase to my car. If you love wine that is 100% Ontario with a fascinating history visit this location and consider a trip to Peele to see the winery there.

Went to visit for the first time on Saturday at noon. Went inside to get some wine and enjoy the patio. The woman working at counter decided it was much more important to chat with her friend, enjoy her coffee and admire her friends new ring as we stood there for some time. Don’t even bother to acknowledge us. Needless to say we left and will not be returning. The level of customer service is not what I expected and was very disappointed.

Pelee Island Winery was very easy to order from and the wine, I ordered online was well packaged and arrived at my doorstep in mere days. I ordered a case of wine and I was amazed at such a good price as well! I would absolutely order from them again.
Couldn’t recommend this enough! Got custom labels done for a year end golf tournament and my ladies loved them! They looked so professional, were so easy to make, and shipped so quickly. Will definitely be doing again! Thank you so much to the Pelee Island team for their amazing service!

This was a wine tasting, so the “food” is wines that the customers choose to sample. The “tastes” are generous servings. Our wine steward was knowledgeable, personable and fun. In the future, I would appreciate having crackers available to cleanse palates during the tastings.

The wines were excellent and service was lovely. A few favorites were the Pinot Grigio, reserve Pinot Noir and Bourbon Barrel Reserve Baco Noir, We discovered several more interesting wines we had not tried before. This was a wine tasting and not a dinner.
