The ginger girl showed terrible customer service was super ignorant to me on my birthday. Then I called about it and the girl just defended that girl and said they are busy and it’s a misunderstanding and that I was the problem. There was only one other customer in that store they were not busy at all that was a lie. But all I did was ask for the right drink, that girl said she would tell the manager and wouldn’t tell me the girls name and I highly doubt that she will be telling the manager when she only stuck up for the girl. I have worked in customer service and go to many Starbucks and never have received this type of treatment it was not right. All that happened was the girl messed up my order and I asked for the right drink and she was snotty about that and then didn’t offer the mess up drink to me and when I asked for the mess up drink she used a very snotty tone and said no. Then I asked the lady that checked me out for the mess up drink and told her what happened and she said yes without a question I could have the mess up drink. The red haired girl made me feel like garbage on my birthday and no one apologized for it when I called terrible customer service.

I am a resident of Kingsville, ON and very disappointed on what happened this morning around 9am in the Kingsville Starbucks Drivethru. Myself and my daughters frequent Starbucks a lot and this morning I saw a friend of mine in line behind me in drive thru and paid for her coffee. Instead of the worker telling my friend the vehicle in front of her paid for her coffee, the worker took credit and said sorry for the wait, the coffee is on me. Who does that?!?! Why not just say the person in front of you paid. This is a small town and people talk. Normally I wouldn't ask my friend if they told them, but I got this feeling that I should ask and that feeling was right. I'm truly disappointed and won’t be returning for a while, but hope the staff takes this feedback to heart.

I've been this starbucks many times (and others ovbiously) and by far the best customer service and best experience going here!Everybody is extremley friendly, chatty and positive!I feel bad for not knowing her name,but specifically a blonde female with a nose pericing,has always done above and beyond her job!

I had a good experience at the Starbucks in Kingsville Ontario, mainly because of the people I was spending time with. ?I was disappointed that there was not a self serve area for adding my own cream and sugar to my coffee. The decor is a little too esthetic for my taste. I prefer a cozy atmosphere. The coffee was delicious, but warm, not hot as I like it. I would definitely visit this location again because there's an area with comfortable lounge chairs and a coffee table where you can sit to spend some quality time with family or friends over a nice cup of coffee (and maybe a pastry too)! ☕☕p.s. I luv Starbucks' lemon loaf! ?
