We took our cousin from Alymer to The Main last Saturday. I am writing this because of her comments. We had told her it was our favourite dinner restaurant in town and she quickly found out why. She had the 3 Napkin Burger (?) and loved it! It made me realize just how great this restaurant is. She commented about the decor, particularly the fantastic Christmas tree. It made me realize that every time we have been to The Main over the years, the food has always been excellent, the service great, and a guaranteed good evening out. I wish that pickerel could be added to the menu - we love the perch however. Thanks to Heather and Tom for providing such a nice relaxed atmosphere in this restaurant gem.

Excellent food and quality service. Menu has many unique and varied options, the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and our server was outstanding. We had 4 different meals and all were excellent. Will be back soon! Thanks for an outstanding dinner!

Had absolutely the best perch I've ever had. Very lightly breaded (Most places are too heavy) and flavourful. Perfectly prepared.Visiting the area from out of town, I had perch 3 times at 3 restaurants in 24 hrs. ;) This was the best by far!

Both the service and food was horrible. Ordered the grilled shrimp for a light lunch. Took over a half hour to take our meal order and then we waited forty minutes to get it—5 shrimp with a piece of toasted ciabatta. The shrimp and garlic butter sauce were cold. This light lunch for two with coffee and a pop cost $47.

We arrived in Kingsvilleand had no idea where to go for supper. I picked the first place that showed up on Google.It was an excellent choice.I had the nachos. Best nachos I have ever had. The beef on them was seasoned with a tasty BBQ sauce.My Mom and Aunt had soup. It was a tasty beef with pasta.My Mom doesn't have much of an appetite most days but she ate most of it so that is saying something.It was a nice night so we ate out on the sidewalk patio.It was a great way to get a glimpse of Kingsville.Ashley was our server and she was sweet as can be. Thoughtful and attentive,we didn't have to wait long for anything.I have never seen quicker service in any restaurant I have been in.We had barely ordered when there was our food.I wish we were staying longer so we could eat there again.Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance has a bit of a bump but there is another door that is a flat . My Mom is in a wheel chair and I am sure we could have gotten inside with it.We chose to eat elfresco so as far as any other accessibility amenities I cannot comment on.
