The service we received from Andrew was absolutely perfection. He was very attentive to our needs and when we didn't like one of our meals he took it off the bill without hesitation. We loved the apps and the Mains, except that our tenderloin steak was cooked too much and it was too chewy and our dessert wasn't served to us as it wasn't at the right temp. Our server immediately gave us options for the steak and comped our dessert but still gave it to us to go. He treated us like royalty which is the service we expect when going to a fine dining restaurant. We will definitely be back!!!

We had dinner with overseas freinds at this place, appetizers abd cocktails were very good, but mains were a dissapointment. In short our dinner did not worth money we spent.

The place to go for a special occasion. Thank you to our waiter Nick. He took a lovely picture of us celebrating our 64th anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble and the meal was delicious.

We finally reserved a table at Thompson Manor, after it's been open for over a year and were looking forward to the experience. As noted by many, it is pricey, mainly due to the a la carte menu - everything is 'extra' and definitely not reasonably priced. I ordered a cheaper pasta dish and my partner ordered a ribeye with a side of potato and mushroom. We also shared a bottle of the house wine. The place was not busy at all, in fact I counted 3 tables occupied in addition to ours. Our salad came in a timely manner but then we waited over an hour for our main meal. The waiter came around once to check - we asked for our water to be filled and inquired about when our main course would arrive. When it did arrive, the meal was uninspiring - for that price point I should be leaving with rave reviews. My pasta dish was tasteless and we even questioned whether the piece of meat we received was even a ribeye. When we questioned the waiter again for the reason for the long delay we were told that they have a new chef (no excuse). He did offer us another glass of wine on the house, which in my opinion was the least that could've been done. I doubt very much that we will come back as the whole experience left me disappointed and $250 poorer.
Absolutely Excellent!!
First time there but heading back soon and yes the early bird gets the worm...we are booked for new years eve.
Lamb chops...amazing! Tenderloin scalloped potatoes also amazing.
Had the fritters....what a great concept and taste.
Learned some background info from Andrew, owners son and his best friends. They all work perfect together to provide the perfect experience.
I would highly suggest you go and try this amazing experience!

First time dining here. Good selection between fish, steaks, seafood and chicken. Prices are on the high end, but the setting and food quality are excellent. A bit of traffic noise on the patio. We split the wedge salad, ordered seafood risotto, pickeral, and an order of brussel sprouts, and three drinks total. My wife had a coffee. Bill before tip was $197. A good place to eat, and I would go back, just not cheap.
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and intimate dining experience. Nick gave us the best service and the food was amazing! A treasure!
