Tim Hortons could improve by better customer service. for instance, when I order a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, such a simple order, you can toast it , not just slightly, TOAST it, don't just put a clump of cream cheese right in the middle of the bagel, spread it out, I just don't know how you can screw up such a simple order,Lynda is NOT 😊 happy

Food was messed up. Ordered a simply sausage and got a sausage breakfast sandwich with egg. Coffee was burnt. The woman taking my order talked very slowly and was clearly unhappy about her job. If you want Tim's, go to the location on the other side of town.

Always friendly staff, this shop actually gets the orders right!
Great place, you get your order relatively quick, and in the drive thru it’s a breeze. Workers mostly have smiles and have a great mood but it’s not always the best atmosphere. Great service and food, I just hope they go back to focusing on their coffee and not adding more products to the menu.
Kid-friendliness: The place is fine for kids, sometimes people that aren’t the best to be around are there but they are minding their own business. If you want to bring your kid they have great treats that your kid would love.
