Every time i come thru the drive through they are always rude and snappy. Im not even ordering slowly and I'm polite every time, but for some reason you guys have chip on your shoulder. The food is always made lazy and or burnt, the lack of quality control is hilarious giving out burnt food for fun. Take your time, i get you have these dumb drive through times to deal with bc of your management. the managers are more rude than anyone else there, and makes a toxic environment. This location does not represent the business well, neither with the division street location. They always are yelling at the staff and you can hear it through the drive thru or in the building. Its actually pathetic thats you guys have to a power trip and talk shit over the mic in the drive thru, i can hear you through the speaker talking shit. You guys are ridiculous. Its just a script you need to follow for everyone. Don't need the attitude bc you you’re getting frustrated about your job.
